This entire thing is the same issue we are dealing with graphics in video games. We are pushing consoles to get super high graphics rather then focusing on the games being good and stable... what happens when we hit the best graphics? You just spent so long racing and selling your product on something which has no meaning. You have no selling point now. It is almost like we should think about where we are going and what things are like now... and then realize that rushing for the future is absolutely stupid. We are going to hit best graphics and internet everywhere no matter what... so why not just make things work and we'll get internet all the time everywhere when it happens.
