To think that Ubisoft of all companies actually put for there more recent South Park game the full game on 3 DVD's for the boxed copy for a full install really makes the competition for this kind of crap look even worse because it clearly shows that the companies still can just release the games on physical media there just refuse to because there want to force there Steam DRM on us.

FREAKING PREACH!! This is so true speaks to my SOUL. I live in the country and we have had internet trouble for years. My neighbor ACROSS THE STREET has internet for a local provider, but we cannot get service from the same provider. Luckily technology has improved enough that we get internet from our cell phone carrier and that works well enough(but still not great). I personally hate that so many thing need to connect to the internet to function with the bare basics. So I totally understand your frustration. The internet is a great tool but when it is REQUIRED on something that shouldn't need it, it is nothing but a burden

This entire thing is the same issue we are dealing with graphics in video games. We are pushing consoles to get super high graphics rather then focusing on the games being good and stable... what happens when we hit the best graphics? You just spent so long racing and selling your product on something which has no meaning. You have no selling point now. It is almost like we should think about where we are going and what things are like now... and then realize that rushing for the future is absolutely stupid. We are going to hit best graphics and internet everywhere no matter what... so why not just make things work and we'll get internet all the time everywhere when it happens.

I only pay for 3 gigs of data a month for my phone bc I'm a poor college student and i want to access my downloads for soundcloud but it won't load MY DOWNLOADS bc it NEEDS to LOAD the COVER ART for the songs THAT ARE ALREADY DOWNLOADED. So EVERY TIME I want to use soundcloud after using all 3 gigs of my data for the month, it WONT LOAD THE DOWNLOADS UNLESS I PUT IT ON AIRPLANE MODE. I probably toggle airplane mode on and off 10-15 times a day.

ngl actually happy that someone made a video talking about this since it’s something that frequently gets on my nerves and hinders my experience when trying to use a product

I really like this style, it reminds me of your Influence video (which I just realized is 3 years old wow) hopefully all of the executives everywhere will see this and make things that don’t require internet :)

You'd be a great teacher honestly, a teacher that doesn't joke around every now and then makes a class feel empty, this honestly works too well.
