Having panic attacks is the worst feeling. I remember a period of life when I would walk alone after midnight next to the sea just to be able to breathe. Just keep going and everything will get better.. Wish u the best..

I agree, I have anxiety generally. But I had a point last year even the start of this year, where I was in the shits nothing was going good. And I was a heavyy drinker. When I would try not too drink or even jus a random time in the day doing something id get a panic attack to the point I think I’m going to pass out need to get outside walk or something helped me, it was one of the most fkd feelings. You feel as if you have no control over yourself. I got my shit back on track and haven’t had a panic attack in a min thankfully.

I think anxiety is born from a fundamental insecurity. Everyone has some, the trigger is often social. Faith is such a nice girl and she has no reason for insecurity, even thought it doesnt work that way. She has nice humor, but she needs to love herself without the humor, love that she uses the real side more and more. She is freaking gorgeous, but her personality is what makes her Beautyfull i think. Wish her the best🙏🤗
