This could have been an "okay" video, but the commitment to actually putting into action the story of the video while you're delivering it is amazing. Show not tell is great but showing and telling at the same time works even better here

It’s probably why pro wrestlers are good in action movies. They have to make contact in wrestling, but knows the language of ‘selling’ without taking damage.

The example with the cushioned stairs is from Atomic Blonde. If you haven't seen the 10-minute single camera fight scene from that movie, it's definitely worth the watch. Definitely rated R cuz of gore tho so it might not be for everyone. Also, it isn't actually 1 take like some YT videos say. There are hidden cuts to make filming it practical. But the effect is that it's one take, which makes for a really cool fight.
