I'm glad I watch this video. I was just watching previous episodes of a Christian programs my family and I watch. The Pastors and church of the network are preparing for a conference coming up. This is their week of prayer and fasting and we're also joining in as they called it a cooperate fast. When I was watching something else this video was the next video, it wasn't a coincidence.

I've found fasting helps to overcome carnal appetite and increase spiritual hunger. Instead of satisfying the flesh,(saying "no"to the body) it tends to feed the soul and submit to the Spirit. God will definitely hear and answer what we seek according to His will by fasting.
