I have been working on a master's degree for four and a half years. At every degree level I have had to complete a social justice course (usually in the guise of a DIE requirement). Almost every course that I have taken dedicated a week or one eighth of its content to social justice considerations, again in the guise of DIE requirements. My education has been tithed; months of work stolen in order to convert me into the cult. It has not had the desired effect.
