I love your playing. Honest. But I really think that your reviews need to include a few seconds of basic open, rolled cowboy chords on open strings. Listeners need that info. Maybe you add about 20 seconds at the start as a reference point. Consider this?

Really great point, and I agree. It’s the first thing I do myself when I pick up a new guitar, and it says a lot about the overall sound. So I’d greatly appreciate that as an addition as well.

Hi! I briefly introduced myself at the event. My favorite brand for 25 years - I introduced them to UK players and they totally changed my perspective of what is possible from an acoustic guitar at the price. What is INCREDIBLE is their guitars sounded out of this World 25 years ago - and 25 years later they have developed technology that enables them to continue making them sound the same as they did - without the compromises structurally. It was fascinating to hear Petr actually talking about this to us on the tour (you were in my group!). I would love to believe I am one of the few people in the World who can genuinely vouch for their sincerity and authenticity in their convictions - as I heard their original guitars - and their current guitars sound every bit as good and authentic as their originals yet the build quality is exquisite. This was the brand that killed my passion for Taylor - couldnt look someone in the eye and recommend a Taylor after experiencing these.

Furch make phenomenal guitars. I've had a Yellow-GCSR for three years and the tone and overall quality still blows my mind every time I play it.

Alvaerz has a cedar topped, layered ebony back and side parlor - the model is AMPE915EAR. I have a Furch with the bevel duo on a Blue DLX and I LOVE it. I would love to see it on an OM.

I really think Furch does a fantastic job. EVENTUALLY, I’ll own a Furch. I was looking for a OM yellow CR for about 6 months, but didn’t find one in my budget. Ended up with a Martin 00016 streetmaster but I WILL get that Furch eventually. Thank you for your videos. Great stuff.

I have a wide mix of guitars and have tried Furch on 3 occasions. They have a very good sound on their upper models but I feel they are balanced more towards the mids and trebles and I felt the weight balance was a bit neck heavy. Maybe with something like the ebony body that might differ??

I have a Vintage 2 OM SR it’s the only guitar that I’ve ever played and couldn’t leave the store without. I went to the store just to check out the brand and had absolutely no intention on buying another guitar that day.

He makes every guitar he plays almost indistiguisable from the others with his style of playing. Which is really nice, but doesnt lend itself to comparison.But I love listening to him play them !!!!!!! [ I only listen on my cell phone so it is a disadvantage to hearing it on good speakers or head phones ]

I wish these were more widely available; I'm in MPLS and the closest retailer is in Milwaukee and I don't think they have much to choose from. Ive yet to see one in person, Id love to try one. They appear to be excellent finger style guitars.

I've been looking at the Furch Blue line. I'm a finger picker exclusively, and wondered how these would be as far as volume and clarfity. The OM would be fantastic, but out of my price range as an at home picker. (I have considered the Martin 000-15sm)

Purchased the OM-TE in this video from Alamo. Returned it. The tone was outstanding, however the neck profile was awkward. Also the string action was so high, it reminded me of an entry level guitar. Forget trying to play at the 10th fret. Finally the fit and finish were not up to the quality of the tone woods used. Furch is on the ascent, but has a way to go in order to compete with the big boys out there. I suggest playing one first before buying on the internet.

Cooper, you are obviously a very talented player, I’ll never get that good! BUT…for guitar demos we want to evaluate the TONE of the guitar. The pieces you play feature fast passages and a lot of playing way up the fretboard. Unfortunately it’s hard to judge the tonal quality that way, especially with different woods. Pick slower demos with lots of full chords to get a better feel for the guitar’s tone. Use both a pick and finger picking. Tone is what we are buying. Thanks! Keep up the good work!😅

Cheaper labour, access to quality woods locally - in the Czech Republic. We pronounce the company name Fur-ch... which rhymes with "Church"... otherwise it sounds like somebody is swearing! ( in the UK). Nice playing, as ever, Cooper🎸☺😎😁👍
