Usually I agree with you, you are off on this one for sure😅 the most he’s scored in premier league is 14 goals in 34 matches. Least games he’s played in a season is 28 and didn’t manage to score more the 8 goals.

He was always used as a rotation player, not getting to play the full 90. Let's take that 14 goal season as an example. That year he played the full 90 only 12 times, averaging a goal or assists (8 total) every 95 minutes. Jamie Vardy, the top scorer of that season, averaged one goal or assist every 108 minutes, despite scoring 9 more goal than Jesus. Being dropped to the bench has immense impact on a player's stats, to get a good grasp you must always adjust for minutes played.
