The concept of health in "The 23 Former Doctor Truths" book completely explains this. I wish I read it sooner.

I struggled with constant low energy and mood swings for years without realizing how much my gut health was contributing to the problem. Improving my diet with simple, clean foods like steak and eggs made a big difference, but adding the right supplements really turned things around. I learned about probiotics and L-glutamine for gut healing in Secret Supplements that turn you into a Superhuman, and they’ve been life-changing for my mental clarity and mood.

Steak will increase your testosterone level. It doesn't do much when it comes to gut fauna. If you wanna increase your gut fauna - drink kefir everyday, eat greek yogurt and kimchi. All supplements are waist of money. You could do it naturally. Also fiber is a food for your gut fauna. I have changed my diet too but I go all in with natural foods. I add Omega3 with D as Omega3 is very healthy, vitamin D because of the season. I have clinical depression and used to have consistent panic attacks. Panick attacks are literally gone. I walk a lot and was running three times a week before injury. So yes... Keep it natural, keep it healthy

My brain and gut are very connected, anxiety causes all kinds of issues. I have IBS and have done for many years, when things are calm in my life my IBS is barely noticeable, when it's stressful my IBS is far too lively...

Have you read "Super Gut" or tried making the SIBO "yogurt?" Dr. Berg recently interviewed Dr. Davis, the author of SG. He talks about how L. Reuteri produces neurochemicals that heal depression and anxiety.

Quite interesting! Thank you! I have added more fiber, and as well I added fermented foods. I quit the years long probiotic pill habit.

Same here! Just started making L. Reuteri, B. Coagulans, L. Gasseri "yogurt" as per "Super Gut!" In fact, time to put on another batch!

Since COVID in March of 2020 I’ve had a horrible time controlling what I eat. I’m 66 and have always been thin but now find myself eating foods I never would have before. My brain seems to be in control and I’ve gained 40 pounds in 3 years. Thanks so much for this information. I’m going to chart my meals and tell my brain to go to hell. Lol

Fascinating. I do feel a little like one of those ants infected with cordyceps though...

Can your gut health affect your heart, I get ectopic heartbeats if I eat certain foods, I also get woken up during the night with 'painful butterflies '.

Hi Karan your US accent is too much overrated. You are giving too much stress to every word.
