What other workouts are staples in your speed training?

Came here after hearing about hammer intervals on one of your recent podcasts. I will definitely be implementing them. I usually do my interval or speed workout and 'hammer' my final interval or I will do my last interval uphill as I head towards my home (I live on a hill). Making the 2nd or 3rd final rep the hardest one makes sense after watching this. Thanks :)

Can we get videos using km instead of miles?

Sorry, most of our materials are written for runners who use miles. I'll be more conscious of that and try to include km conversion in future videos, when possible. 👍
