I’ve never seen a manager who’s so positive and look for solutions rather than focus on difficulties more than Flick has done at Barça. Xavi did well but constantly made it seems without signings he can’t do anything. Ten Hag has always complained about injuries and needing more signings but Flick has found solutions within the squad and the academy despite injuries to the few good players in the squad.
