The alleged embezzlement was uncovered by state police following a Nov. 28, 2008 complaint from a suspect alleging Davis stole property from his home. According to court records, a search of Davis’ home on Dec. 4, 2008 revealed the stolen property, as well as Vicodin, Oxycotin, steroids, a wall covered with a large quantity of men’s and women’s jewelry, 30 designer purses, 22 cell phones, computers, televisions, motorcycles and a golf cart, among other property.

This case is really a great example of the justice system failing its citizens by delaying and conspiring to cover up the dishonesty and illegal activities of the crooks they authorized to uphold the law, yet broke any laws they could to enrich themselves, and to prosecute anyone that would say anything or standing their way. And the judges and prosecutors that went to his wedding? They didn’t have any personal conflict? Just another slap in the face.

Well the sad thing is we allow it to happen. If 10,000 people called the Governor demanding the case be moved I bet it would have happened. If a 100,000 people protested on the street he would not be home rignt now. This happen because we think we are all safe. Well I got rearrested in FL when I report my car was stolen. Back the blue until it happen to you. The problem just a arrest can ruin your whole life especially if you hold a license of trust. Meanwhile this guy still probably still owns guns in his home even if he is a felon.

The use of any sworn government position to violate any law or human right is a capital crime, and merits the capital punishment that legitimate government can impose. This includes the chiefs, police, lawyers, guards, judges and administrators who suborn, facilitate, cover-up, stand idly-by and harbor such criminal from justice. There is no statute of limitations for prosecuting them, no immunity to prosecution, no sovereignty and no applicable mitigating circumstances. There ability to avoid justice indicates the extent and reach of the crime and criminal conspiracies, all the same capital crime, and meriting the same capital punishment.
