Why Hasnt VR Gone Mainstream? What Needs To Change?

With like 300m sales total, I guess it's not mainstream but very soon it will be, for the 3S that is cool and saled very well, the next 4S will get bought a lot I guess... Also, for professional stuff, they're actually getting the tools etc so like in a few years we will laught about people for thinking it will not go mainstream

Only for the lenses if he let the sunlight on the lenses then he would be cooked otherwise he’s good

lol. i didnt take the headset off once i went outside since i dont have anything to cover the lenses with. and the passthrough cameras are about as senstive to light as phone cameras are

No offense but where you been? It has come and gone. Its not dead just not growing. We like VR but.. most don't care I believe for META which has lost burn up up to 50 billion so far. Yeah.. with that kind of record.. shows all.. its not growing. Fact.. when did Quest 3 come out? Was it $650? Today its $499. Meta Horizon that place is full of kids and its dead in side. You pay every month and ooh free games you NEVER get to keep. Quest 2 was out what over a year when they tried and did raise the price $100 and all this reviewers said "ooh its still a great deal". There still at it. Quest 3s I give you what just one said "I don't know why but those lenses are the Quest 3s seem allot better". What? Its the same as Quest 2. Its like watching FAKE NEWS. So much kissing up to META.. oh and each one has Meta affiliate links. Haha. If someone really likes Meta VR games and what not.. there is no other VR out there. So when they say the BEST.. there is no other out there. Pico stopped making version 5. Again Meta lost 50+ billion.... so why make VR headsets again? For PC gaming I guess. Yet that is not growing.

i agree that vr isnt dead just in this wierd middle ground where a lot of people use it but not growing. And i honestly hate talking about meta but its not often that another company tries to compete with them so hardware wise idk what else to talk about, I had to post something this week. I'm going to remake this video because i'll be honest i did not do enough research and went on tangents because im not the greatest at talking lol. thank you for the feedback
