Still I'm speaking mostly for me, an individual that without true friendships and honest relationships (that don't want to exploit me) would suffer a lot. Sure money help but are not enough, the ideal thing would probably be rich without others knowing. What is keeping wealthy people from selling off their company and living a quiet life on the interest proves they're workaholics. If you're really worth billions of dollars and don't want the hassle anymore, sell it all and use the *few* dozens or hundreds of millions to make sure you and your off spring have comfortable lives.

A lot of billionaires tend to care more for their companies than they do their wealth. It’s like another child to them. They aren’t likely to become billionaires in the first place if they’re solely in it for the money. They’ll sell off their shares to venture capitalists early and make millions but not billions. Bill Gates became a billionaire by not selling shares to anyone else before Microsoft’s IPO. He was more interested in his dream of getting a computer in every household than being rich. Being a workaholic is a huge part of the character of most billionaires. Elon Musk promotes the idea of it frequently and sometimes sleeps in Tesla factories instead of going home.

I can relate to a lot of these problems but I can’t relate to having a billion dollars. I feel like an under achiever but the twist is I have more than most in the circle of people I see regularly and it can feel like every relationship is financial catering. Oddly enough as well from experience it feels like people who make more than me are more likely to steal from me. The payphone at the house is hilarious and I completely understand.

I've worked with the wealthy. Been around them through my family. Part of my family in texas are wealthy as heck. And while not wealthy billionare over here in my state my family was in the middle class in the 90s and yes there is a significant difference between having middle class and lower class money. Videos like this reminds me why even when I had money I didnt like associating with middle or upper class people or those like this narrator that makes it seem being in a life of luxury is bad...please spare me the bs. Here's a video killer. Come to my neighborhood harvard heights in pico union los angeles right by skidrow (funny you guys done a video about it) downtown lol or watch this channels videos about that part of my area and Google up pictures too and then ask yourself....would you rather have billions or heck be like my family in the 90s and have middle class money today (middle class for me is I never wanted for anything materialistically nor did I go hungry or thirsty and had the latest clothes etc...man I miss the 90s minus the LA riots)? Or would you rather be like myself now in the poor majority wondering if I will be on the streets soon or wonder what and how will I afford dinner or because of my living situation worry about my health as I have severe health issues ironically had I been rich I could afford to get better and my life as my area is quite dangerous at times via gang violence and police brutality and mentally ill homeless people often prone to violence or worst live in skidrow where many were kicked out and thus came to my area...and mind you skidrow already makes my area looks like disneyland? What part of "struggle" dont you understand? It aint no game. No billionaire NONE would ever wish to switch places with me or 99% of humanity. My mental and physical health will break a rich man alone in 1 day let alone them not receiving any money for over years because you're unable to work due to your health and now pandemic.I laugh at those rich folk with 6 bad marriages. Obviously you shouldn't keep dating the same types of people or get same results. Most rich people date rich people who usually date richer people for their money anyways and literslly vid example was a wealthy guy....and an actress geezwhat's gonna happen? Lol. Date someone who obviously who doesn't care about money they do exist you know...plus narrator ever thought maybe those billionaires got divorced so many times because THEY are the reprehensible people and not the people they date? NO disrespect but the few rich people I know personally well are all complete you know what's difference is they itleast acknowledge they're not really positive people to be around compared to most. Just a thought...be humble about the poor and ACTUAL struggles -_-

Hey guys, I've got an idea for how to help our billionaire friends out. We figure out how much they need to live relatively comfortable lives, and we let them keep that much. Then, we take the rest of the wealth, whether that be in cash or in stocks, etc. and spread it out so that everyone can benefit from it. The rich no longer have all these problems to worry about, and the poor have less financial instability. It's a win-win!
@バラタァンズ3 жыл бұрын
Well that's a good yet very ambitious idea. The main problem with your idea here is the selfishness of most of the poor people. I'm not saying every poor people are selfish, but it's inevitable to encounter one. If they become greedy, they would like to take all the money, and may even result to the death of other people and even the billionaires themselves. We must first treat the greediness among the people before that happens.
@benthomas97763 жыл бұрын
@@バラタァンズ The poor are generally "greedy" because poverty forces them to put short-term needs (food, rent, entertainment, etc) ahead of long-term needs (education, community service, etc). Eliminate poverty by raising standards of living, increasing wages, providing cheap public transit, etc and you'll give poor people the freedom to think beyond their own needs. And arguably, it's the rich who are the greedy ones, not the poor. It's the people like Jeff Bezos who built empires on working people to the bone while neglecting their workers' safety.
@バラタァンズ3 жыл бұрын
@@benthomas9776 You got a point there. Poverty does drive people to be greedy, and most of the time it's the rich who's greedy. But there will still be poor people who will choose to be far more greedy than even the rich themselves, even if they already are out of poverty because of the money the rich gave them, and it may cause more frequent robberies, kidnapping, etc. What I meant by "greedy" is not being thankful for what they are given.

That was my old boss, Bobby Carter. Owned 182 post office buildings and leased them to the government. He was bringing in on his lowest income property 4k a month. His lowest. That's out of 182. But, he drove a '94 F350 single cab, wore the same Texas A&M hat, and old overalls. No suits, no fancy watches, cars, nothing. And he was always humble. The number people here who think it's outrageous that they have to work for a living even though there are people who have more money than them is insane. I'd rather spend it on a foreign country where folks don't know my name and where the money will actually go to a useful cause.
