There was a dude in Myrtle Beach who had one of those scooters. He would leave his number at bars and have people call "Sober Scooter" if they were drunk and needed a ride. He'd ride it to the bar, fold it up in the customers trunk and drive them and their car home.

I wouldn't do business with anyone that looked like a drug addict which unfortunately would actually be a lot of business lost.
@Kerunou2 ай бұрын
Some are easier to tell than others, but if I’m speaking frankly, most people under 30 are drug addicts in some way, shape, or form at this point. I’m 28 and the amount of functional addicts within my generation and younger is just insane. It’s sadly become very normalized. If it’s not opioids, it’s alcohol. If it’s not alcohol, it’s weed. If it’s not weed, it’s cigarettes. If it’s not cigarettes, it’s vaping. That’s not even factoring in the party stuff, coke, e, whatever. I personally reject all of it. I’ve got 5, almost 6 years sober now. I steer clear of caffeine as much as I can. I don’t even like to take ibuprofen if I can help it. I just don’t believe in altering myself/my mood/how I feel in any way anymore. Sometimes I miss partying, but what I miss? It was never real in the first place, it was drug fueled, heightened pseudo-reality nonsense. It’s a lonely way to live. Increasingly, I’m finding that there’s not many people who are just living their lives without something altering their state of being. I fell in love with a girl and had to come to terms with the fact that I could never be with her, simply because she was into weed and vaping. As mild as those things are, they ruled her life, and it made our lifestyles incompatible. She’s got a one way ticket on a nowhere bus. My road may be bumpy, riddled with pot holes even, but at least I’m heading somewhere.

He does use some discretion in dealing with customers. There is actually more than one video where he has turned someone down because the product seemed to be acquired through less than honest means. In addition to this, all of the products sold at pawn shops and the like are ran through a database that is sent to the police. This way if any product is reported missing, the police can quickly retrieve it back for the original owner. Because of this required reporting, it is in Peter's best interest to not obtain stolen goods, as doing so could cost him money if the product is returned to the original owner. There is also a video where a stolen product was returned to the owner and Peter ends up getting the short end of the stick (I want to say maybe a handheld gaming device but it has been ages since I watched the video on it).
