9:40 Gotta love that idea such a generous offer too, it's nice to see humble and hard working people get a chance to expand their small business, just by having you promote it on your videos is a big plus! Over here in Mexico there's a few stacked (spread around car park like area) food trucks and at night we have music groups, mariachi's etc. It's a really nice vibe which attracts even more people, the only difference is that there's a lot of different food stands sharing customers since one's sell sweet stuff, other's sell coffee, some tacos, some hamburgers.

Its great that you are giving another small buisness an oppotunity to grow. Our little town had a small family run restaurant that suffered a fire that closed the place. Within a year another small store gave them a space to re open. Even though we are in Hawaii and its a Japanese run store, the Mexican restaurant is thriving and the store itself has gained popularity. I think you both can benefit by this buisness arrangement.

Neither eBay nor Klien have ANY "controling legal authority" to take down your listing if you dont "obey MAP" UNLESS you are a dealer and you signed an agreement stating you would adhere to it. It violates Lanham, The First Sale Doctrine and is Restraint of Free Trade. A simple lawyers letter to eBay and Klein should fix that up. How do I know? I've had it with other companies. Its really too bad for them - they dont BY LAW control the secondary market. If you let them bully you - they will.

This may be true but that isn't how eBay operates .. I was selling items from IKEA that were discontinued and IKEA was able to get the items removed just for mentioning their name in the listing . The only letter I got said we removed your listing do not try and relist this item .
@samgorin98366 ай бұрын
@@dwayneb72 Its EXACTLY how eBay operates. If you choose to let them push you around - then so be it. Just because its their platform - that DOESNT entitle them to make their own laws. Rules yes, laws no. When I had this issue (and it wasnt Klein) I got a lawyers letter sent to eBay and the company with a threat - lie about abusing DMCA or other Copyright laws and try and remove my items or face me in court. They backed down. Because a company doesnt like something, it doesnt mean they get carte blanche to do as they please. VERO ISNT/WASNT created to prevent fakes on line (after eBay lost in court 2-3 times). Its their to PROTECT EBAY from being sued by a manufacturer. These emails are eBay saying "the company doesnt like what you are doing so stop". Big deal, I dont like high taxes, certain government officals, certain laws etc - not liking things is part of life. Abiding by the law is another - and listing an item without their permission or not under their terms isnt a crime.
@samgorin98366 ай бұрын
@@dwayneb72 They can tell you anything they want, doesnt mean its legal. You can (for example) open up a corner deli and advertise that you sell Pepsi products without violating ANY laws. Back in the 90s and as late as 2010 I had a good thing going as an eBay seller. These days it’s not worth the hassle to sell anything unless you have a store and are just looking to move things and sit in them for ages. As for a seller trying to sell something such as that Klein Tool backpack, my thought are about how the sellers might well be selling stolen goods. That’s why I’d think that Klein is watching their products. The massive amount of good stolen from the likes of Home Depot and others is appalling. I am an electrician and use Makita tools. I’m very reluctant to buy anything from eBay for this reason. I bought some EGO batteries and they were advertised as genuine, but what I received was phony. When the seller complied and made eBay believe they would correct the problem, they sent me replacements: MORE TRASH, and because they somehow ‘resolved’ the problem I was locked out. I lost my money, but was ‘refunded’ with the same shit they were selling as a fraud scheme. My lousy review and rating to that seller was not effective in any sense whatsoever.

I did not mark this pending. Marketplace did it reading communications. I don't do pending. Sure EBay is the same. Started there in 1997. Haven't sold there in years. Way different.
