Good advice.i did same with one of my client who ordered first time n later said find cake little raw even though i knew it wasnt.n then i offered her a free small cake but she refused 😢 n she was the first ever client who gave this negative feedback

I do the same as customer service…I send them free cakes as complimentary 😊 plus whatever u mentioned n video do that with customers, so at the end they r happy 😊

Aree madam .......a bitter truth,home baker tattibanate hai........ise liye order nahi miltee. For ur ref cake means.....anjalina paris, fauchon,ladure,twg, choco melt, goto tbh in mumbai. Vegetable cream see bass tatti banti hai.
