Rates are skyrocketing because of price gouging, the shareholder scams, and crooked business people. Basically its cutting into profit and that is all they really care about.

I don’t claim anything yet my insurance keeps going up. I use sensors to detect any water leak and have an automatic water shut off valve if a leak happens. Keep heating/ac inspected and have a new roof. I don’t live in known storm location or near water. Insurance company’s excuse is look what happens all over the world. I don’t live all over the world and I don’t claim nothing. But I do know of people who make false claims and get paid out…I think these people are crooks.

Homeowner makes a claim. Ins co lowballs the homeowner who gets an attorney, which drives up the cost of insurance, which causes the insurance co to pay even less, which causes homeowner to get an attorney.

Insurance rates increase, home values increase, taxes increase... bc of inflation. Check immigration rates. There is a housing shortage which is supply and demand. Prices increase bc there is overwhelming need or want of a product. I understand if my house burned down, it would cost more to replace it. Bc supplies are more expensive and good labor is hard to find. They want more money too bc...inflation. Why did the value of my home more than double in 4 years? Hmmm. If I sell my home, make some extra money, I couldn't find a house to buy. If I downsize to a smaller home... overpriced. Am I paying increased taxes/insurance to support those who chose to immigrate to this country for free social services and reduced or free housing? Has my medical insurance increased to pay premiums for those who can't pay their premiums? Did I eat bologna sandwiches, drive a beat up car to college and carry student loans, and work nights, so I could better myself, only to support others who chose not to go to school or work hard and earn a better income? We sacrificed fun and extravagance, didn't go to Disney world, didnt party, no expensive wedding for us, we limited family size, lived within our means, paid our loans Now we are paying extra, being penalized for doing so. We didn't drive this country into debt by giving millions and billions to countries who hate us. We didn't approve any expensive executive orders. A few hundred incentive dollars don't make up for all these long term increases. The cost of gas and groceries is whooping us.

Mine went up another two hundred dollars,an increase now of $400.00 a month car insurance $ 200.00 a month I am on dis ability with chronic health problem.I couldn’t pay my utilities this month because the extra $200.00 comes from there.Time to end mandatory coverage.
