Wait till they find there is units above the seals and delta force, though one of them is technically part of the seals. You need to be a seal in good standing for something like 8-10 years to even be considered for any of those, or same for the delta force, the only 2 units these units recruit from. The most well known is devgru, then there is the paramilitary force of the cia (SOG) which is part of the special activities center, and those are the 2 I know of there could be more no civilian even knows about. Fun fact despite being tiny compared to the rest of the cia the SOG is responsible for the majority of golden stars at the cia headquarter, each star symbolizes an agent killed during a mission.
