don't cut up the stock doors. In 5-10 years I'm sure clean doors are going to be hard to find. just save the hassle and get fiberglass replacements. Lightweight, easily accessible, and they wont dent like the metal. Also a smaller fuel cell will reduce weight, and allow you to push the rad further forward. Further out of the impact zone, and probably easier to control with less weight swinging around in the back

@@ungovernable1431 the cost of a competitive NA motor is massive compared to just turning up the boost. No oversized valves, extreme cam, port and polish just turning up the boost. Saves thousand and thousands of dollars in machine work.

Why are people getting whiney and/or riled up over a title? 😆 As I do with Sam's videos and many others I watch frequent, I see and read the title but literally can't be arsed what it says cause I like to watch his or hers content. And support them by watching. Whatever the title says i'm not fazed by it, nor think about it. When I saw this title first thing in my mind was: "he didn't, it was out for work for oncoming season I bet." And here we go. Anyway good stuff guys! Looks like they do solid work! Looks good!

Yeah nah modifying cars gets pretty ridiculous pretty fast. I put roughly 30k in performance mods on top of the 12k I spent on the car in one case. I also bought probably 7-8k worth of mods & engine rebuild parts for another car I bought for $500. Honestly I wouldn't mind putting an RB or a JZ in my G35 and ditching the VQ, but mine's holding it down pretty well. It's also about the best damn sounding VQ I've ever heard, and I've got a lot of other testimony to back that up. I'm actually curious about a K series turbo swap to be honest, even better if I could somehow make it work with the two different awd systems. Record scratch moment... my car is already set up for Attesa awd, RB25 awd swap? I'm assuming those are still on the cheaper side of RBs complete, but uh how common are the turbo ones? Eh IF I wind up keeping this as a forever car I'm definitely exploring this avenue, I've already had it for close to ten years and like 50k while the value depreciated like the Titanic. My next theoretical stop on the carcaine ride was probably camshafts & head job, valves/springs/retainers/etc. Then probably cracking the engine for pistons/rods/whatever machining and then the fuel system and then the 6-10k supercharger kit from either Stillen, HKS, or Vortech on top of that... and I get like 400ish hp. Ehhh, I stopped right about where I needed to.
