My God this was so amazing. I want to learn how to do this too, I want to become a sound therapist and help people heal and feel in peace.

True brother, far too many are on that treadmill. Chasing money, which was just someone's idea. Namaste.

Beautiful inspiration 💗 I have been a massage therapist for the past ten years, started adding tuning forks post-covid and am now starting my journey with the crystal singing bowls and have a nice collection already. I am being called to work with the elderly, butt vision is to bring sound baths to residential treatment centers for young adults who struggle with anxiety and depression. Thank you for the inspiration and the beautiful sound bath!

@Sara Auster... I am an RN/BSN.... in tears watching your video. I too lost a sibling less than two years ago. 6 months after Eddie's passing I was begging for the neck surgery I'd been working so hard to avoid. Chronic pain... non-stop since July 2019. 2 level ACDF cervical fusion, which neurosurgeons now say should have been at least a 3 level. My life has changed over night. I'm not the same Energizer Bunny that could do ANYTHING if I just worked hard enough. Surgery in Feb 2020 gifted me all kinds of additional nerve issues, and did nothing for my neck aside from increased immobilization. The intense grip of the pain brings me close to paralysis at times. My nervous system and breathing have been affected as well. After months of trying everything and anything for the pain I discovered Sound Cloud... and was introduced to Spiritual Sound Healing. I listened... and my body MOVED!... reconnecting & re-activating my body/mind/Soul. I've had little rallies I call them, since March. Going to a Sound Bath twice a month and listening to them online. I realize this is my calling. Sound Heals.... and I want the world to know that they too can be healed. Being unemployed almost a year now my savings have run out and I don't know where to begin?? I feel if I had the instruments I would know intuitively what to do next. If you have any suggestions or ideas for me I would be so immensely grateful to hear what your thoughts may be. Just connection with another, in and of itself, is Healing Medicine. Thank you so much for sharing your triumphant journey through the dark night of the Soul with the Collective. Your Healing is felt round the World, Dear One. Love & Light to you Sara

Dear Expanding Spirit, I know you were writing to Sara, but i wanted to say to you how your story touched me and to hear that sound healing helped you was really awesome. I too am interested in doing sound healing and isn't it amazing how our misfortunes are what lead us into our blessings. And as i write this, music that i recently found and fell in love with popped into my head, maybe it might help you with your pain, its on a channel called: "Carry Your Cross" and its called: Peaceful Holly Hour in Cathedral - Eucharistic Adoration with Gregorian Chants (1 Hour) One more thing, i think you write really really well, i just had to compliment you on this. Bless you dear E S and hope you heal completely xoxoxoxoxoxoxox

okay so the practice is healing, but totally appropriated. As a white (passing- idk her racial identoty) person, she needs to be doing the work and not acting like this is a new "thing". These practices have roots! sad to see.

Shouldn't exhale out the mouth, let alone how it is demonstrated here. You will undoubtedly lower your jaw and loosen your teeth with such an exercise.
