@TLC I was once close to 600lbs and I turned my life around. Life made me turn myself around. Life wasn’t easy and the choices were scarce but we made it happen 💪🏾💪🏾. #my600poundlife

You didn't become overweight because you ate meat. You had a trashy diet with too many calories, and I'm sure a LOT of other things. You could put less effort into eating a healthy diet that contains meat, instead of going vegan. And BTW, being vegan/vegetarian has a higher rate of mental illness...... If being vegan causes mental health problems, it's a bad diet. Also, there's no mammal on Earth known to only eat plants. Cows, buffalos, deer, squirrels, and many more have been seen eating meat. They especially like injured or baby birds on the ground..... Not allowing for how much meat is thrown away by the person eating it, and not counting seafood, the average American eats 274 pounds of meat a year. That's 3/4 of a pound, or 12 ounces a day. Not counting waste or any seafood. You only need about 5-6 ounces per day. A quarter pounder from McDonald's is 4 ounces. You should be eating like 2 ounces of meat for each of the 3 meals. How much did you eat? See the problem? Don't risk messing up your brain. Eat a healthy diet with the correct amount of meat, and exercise. But let me say congrats, and good luck with your weight loss.
