I've had 6 TVR's over the years and I've had my current Tuscan convertible since 2009 which I love. I've used them as my daily drives and driven them all over Europe. Of all of the TVR's, the one I missed the most is my Cerbera 4.2. I only owned it for two years and it spent most of that time in the garage for one reason or another but when on the road it was just epic. 😃

I find it rather interesting that consistently, tvr owners say of all the TVR'S they've owned, most say that they loved their Cerbera the most.

@@AaronsEccentricGarage I have a very rare and beautiful year 2006 Tuscan convertible. its a non-S with around 17 built. Driven to Germany and Spain many times in it but when I slip into daydream mode, the Cerbera is always there. 🤣

Nobles are very cool! The Sagaris is the end goal... Sadly, not legal in the USA till 2029 at the soonest 😢

Still waiting for 2024/25 to import a tuscan. I'll probably have to buy one next year and store it abroad for a year before importing.

Owning a TVR is like owning a bear. For years, it will cuddle up to you, then one day it'll rip your head off. But I still love mine. And I hope the second one is as good when it's rebuilt.

These days the Cerbera ‘feels’ about as fast as a GT3 (although it actually isn’t). But back nearly 30 years ago, when Clarkson made that video, it must have indeed felt “very fast”.

True - the Cerbera isn't as fast as a GT3. But neither is it pig ugly, nor does it have a grotty interior and it doesn't cost almost £150000. That's the Porsche.

Any issue insuring the car here in the States Aaron?

I currently use Hagerty Collector insurance for my Mazda and I have already spoken with them about my Cerbera. Since UK VIN numbers are the same number of characters as the USA VIN, there isn't any issues like some JDM shortened VINs. It's gonna cost me about $125 a month for collectors insurance.

@@AaronsEccentricGarage, I use Hagerty as well, so I was messing around and noticed that it pulled up Cerbera when I checked. You're making it awful hard to wait until a Red Rose can be imported. LOL
