Hey my beautiful creative friends. I apologize for the loudness in the music. I thought I lowered it but when I watched it it didn’t seem loud. Not sure what happened but you can turn on CC and turn down the volume. When you lower the volume the voice sounds better

The music sounded fine for me. But, Keren, you mention "fine artists," and as I watch our videos and tutorials, I see that you are extremely knowledgeable and skilled. You appear to have years of experience that you use to make very beautiful art. I wonder if you ever make larger art (or free-standing) pieces that you sell as fine art? Your work could be made into really beautiful and unique collage works of art that many would LOVE to place in their homes as "fine" art! Do you do any of that?

New to this so here come the questions - what is the difference and how do paints react on gloss, satin, and matt gel medium? What is the difference between the no "heavy" description, the heavy, and the super heavy gel medium? What is the ultra gel medium? Which would work best in paper journals and/or cards?

In terms of the paper journaling or cards the best one would be fluid gel medium. I prefer the matte but if you wanna glossy you can do it as well

I wouldn't say the liquitex or golden smell as much but maybe I've gotten used to it. Its not as strong as glue or modpodge but not sure which one you have

I have the golden heavy body semi-gloss I put some in a silicone leak proof travel bottle (because i drop things, a lot!) it has since become almost dried out, the rest of the jar has also become very thick despite press and seal and in a zip lock bag I do live in the southwest so very hot and dry but I would've expected more than 6 month lifespan. But the smell is VERY chemical mixed with clothes left to long in the washer overtones, pretty nasty!!! I think maybe just not the product for me, but I do love spackle paste mixed with a little glycerin and extra water to slow the drying and lessen cracking, so I'm not without fun things to play with. wow that's very fast. I think Finnabair said once she spritzes a little water every time before she closes her jars but 6 months is short. I don't live in a hot climate so not sure. If you're collaging I really prefer the Liquitex fluid medium (matte) it doesn't smell at all for me. Next product, give that one a try.

@@KerenTamir I'll keep the water trick in mind, I actually use the medium for stencils and textures. I think because of a sensitivity to smells it's just not the thing for me and will find a new home with someone more like-minded. Looking forward to your videos. Thanks 😊
