@ABAUTOAMG people give them too much flak. They are GORGEOUS cars, and handle so well. I'm partial to the roadster, though. Top down makes the exhaust all the more engaging.

No idea why anyone would be negative on them. The ownership experience so far has been so fun. I've had kids and adults knock on my door asking if I can rev it. People seem to love it from all ages. I've noticed more people let me into lanes than the Merc too. Quite the surprise!

@@ABAUTOAMG one of the best engines built by Mercedes in the past 25 years. The only weak point is the engine coolant thermostat (refer to Tasos for more info). Great choice mate

@@ABAUTOAMGI was worried when I got my car all my neighbors would hate me cause exhaust is loud, second day I get home my neighbors outside waving at me to rev the engine lol

In Canada, a used Vantage is still double the price of a new C63 and on par price wise with the new AMG GT/SL. Not sure how people in the UK are able to purchase these cars so cheaply. Must be because they are imported because a rear mid-engine C8 Stingray with almost the same power is still half the price here than a Vantage, probably because its domestic to North America.

This is exactly why I got my 2022 GLC63S Coupe over the new model. They did the same for the new GLC63, they put a 4cil in it LOL

That sound is just superb, just amazing. The c63 sadly has died. The Mercedes E63 V8 2021 has caught my eye there's some good deals out there £65,000 to £70,000 with around 10,000 to 15,000 miles on them. Your right, I want to experience a V8 before it's to late.

Great plan 👍 As a former C43 owner I can tell you the Aston Martin is incredible. The C43 is still an amazing car though too!

You can’t really compare the CLA 45 to an Aston Martin High End Super Car. First tge price is 2/3 times of the MB

Not to mention resale value of the C 63 if you bought it. It's so undesirable that it would depreciate far more rapidly than any other car.

I guess depends how many they make. I suspect it will loose lots of value but if they sell little there will be less on the market meaning they might actually hold value better. Although I think they will drop! Time will tell :)

Tbh those cheap looking tablets Mercedes are bolting onto the dash to save them from having to design an integrated cluster in is enough to never want any new Mercedes. Aston Martin any day.

It's a shame mercedes have gone down this route, when mine goes I'll be getting a BMW M5 , I've always been a Merc fan but there is nothing to buy apart from a e63s and they are past my price range 😢

The right choice thats a proper car classy super sporty well done 👏 but you must be the only person driving an Aston Martin with original plates still on. That reduces the cool factor considerably 🙄 AB plates should be on it!

Rumor has it the the 2025 AMG c63 coupe will be a V8. Poor sales on the 4-door c63 4 cylinder have caused a rethink at Mercedes H.O. apparently. Will you sell the Aston Martin? The interior is underwhelming IMHO.

The Aston is still under manufacturer warranty for how long?

Its got a whole year. I may extend it after. The next two services are also free at Aston Martin and the tyres are new so running wise its not going to be too bad on the first year. It was also cheaper for me to insure than the cla45s (no idea why I guess less people crash them) so currently its going to be cheaper to run than my 45s by quite a lot.

@@ABAUTOAMG Nice, So Aston will allow you to extent the manufacturers warranty even though you didn't buy the car from them new? Mercedes will only allow me to extend the manufacturers warranty after the initial 3 years if I'm the original owner, and service it with them for the first 3 years.

I’m not 100% sure but there will definitely be some type of warranty option. Will find out! If not I'll just reserve some money for a just in case. I bought the car from Aston Martin works which is the original Aston Martin factory and the only dealership owned directly by Aston Martin so they have been great. Hawk eyes might notice on this video I've already had the window trim swapped to black. They were very cool and did this for me. Such a different experience to a big chain dealer so far. I had a little tour of the old factory. Such a great setup. They were building old James bond cars with all the mods for collectors.

The car’s price paid new with options for the first owner was £140k so it was an amazing deal getting it for 90k. They loose so much value in their first 2 years.
