This video was sooo comforting. I love your energy and your presence in the small moments. I smiled so big when you did the * chefs kiss * because the air smelled so good 😂 The air during and after a storm is so magical!!! I'm kind of thinking now that we too are magical during and after our internal storms. The energy and chaos we feel is strong and fiery, but we penalize ourselves for it, as if we're to be calm and still at all times. Anyway, you are beautiful! Keep living life - there's no one way to do it 😊

And also the storms from outside make our roots dig deeper I believe, they make us stand stronger… and definitely: there are no wrong feelings. Everything belongs to the spectrum. If we always try to stay calm it also might come from the fear of losing control, I believe. But sometimes that’s the way life and love goes…. Once again you've made anither video that I needed at this moment in time! ❤ The song that comes to mind when watching this video and your last one and thinking about time passing and being "behind in life" is another bjork one, "it's not up to you"... Patience and curiosity rather than pressure - those are the skills I am trying to develop when everything feels destabilised and empty. Dear Nicola 🌸 I’m so glad you find my videos soothing 🙏 that’s my deep intention.. to evoke some calmness in times of adversity, for myself and for others… We seem to have some similarities there ☺️ although in Germany I know many people with that kind of lifestyle.. most of them have no children though… that’s where I feel a bit like an outsider right now 🙃 but everything will be alright for us.. Oh Nastja du wundervolles Wesen!❤️Niemals ohne deinen geliebten Matchatee… Das Gefühl ein Outsider zu sein unter den glücklichen Paaren oder den glücklichen Singels kenne ich. Wenn man unglücklich ist und sich in Schmerzen befindet ist es generell glaub ich schwierig sich als Insider zu fühlen unter glücklichen Menschen weil man in dem Moment einfach kein Insider ist. Aber alle die die jetzt glücklich sind haben höchstwahrscheinlich auch schon mal gelitten in ihrem Leben und sind deshalb in Bezug zu dir auch Insider? Zu einem gewissen Maß zumindest und so können die glücklichen auch so viel Mitgefühl geben… Und irgendwann wenn du wieder ein Insider unter den Glücklichen bist kannst du jemandem der sich wie ein Outsider fühlt deine Liebe und dein Mitgefühl und deine Weisheit geben. Das weiß ich! Du bist sooo so wundervoll! Sei lieb gegrüßt von einem anderen Outsider🫶🤗😘

I have endometriosis too, it's nice to see someone who looks so good and calm in their 40s with endo:) sometimes I can't even dare to imagine myself in my 40s because of the illness. thank you!

I‘m so sorry to hear that you‘re also suffering from Endometriosis … it’s such a life-limiting illness, so underestimated. When I was in my teens and my twenties nobody informed me that this illness even existed. My sister got surgery when she was young and no one explained to her why. The name Endometriosis wasn’t even known. (Although the illness is known since 1860). I could go on and on.. there’s a lot of anger in me still.. for the wrong treatment of women.. I might make a video about that one day. I just sincerely hope that you have some support… I can tell you from my experience that the most important thing that helped me with the terrible pain was inner work. Everything related to my soul and past trauma (also ancestral trauma), working with that and slowly taking my power back and taking care of myself has made the pain subside. I still need a little bit of pain medication. But it’s not unbearable anymore, like when I was younger… I just really want to give you a hope here… because I also was in a place when life seemed so heavy because of the constant pain, feeling alone / misunderstood and having to function somehow… I‘m sending you a big, warm hug 🫂 please stay strong 💓 and feel free to reach out gain 🦋 xo Nastja

Wonderful as always. Left me feeling so calm. I have been watching the football on TV and you guys have had some big big storms this last week or so. Strangely enough I have a video scheduled for tomorrow morning and in it I mention how I love the coast when it is stormy and how the electrical energy makes me feel. Connecting with nature is the way to go Nastja. I really hope you find a very special place for you both to settle and call home. Oh, and bless you for the sneeze 🤣🙏.

I'm sure I'll not have such a cozy, comfortable life in my 40s. I'm not even sure I'll live until i reach my 40s. Self love and self care is something i really struggling to build up in me. When the life is getting harder and harder, the more and more we fall into the evil's cave . Your videos are so helpful to build that trust and love in me towards myself Nat ❤. And there's nothing happier than seeing you staying healthy and happy. Take care of yourself Nat , i know you are the best ☺️

I know that feeling you describe so well: having no hope, feeling like giving up, not being able to be kind to myself. I already told you a little bit of my story. And I just want you to know.. from afar.. that if I found the strength to love myself, you will find it too. It takes a lot of work, time and healing. But you are still here. You are stronger than you think. And you will turn your pain into purpose. I truly believe that. Yesterday I hang out with a wonderful group of people : all in their mid / late thirties.. no plans to have kids.. extremely happy and unbothered 😊 I felt like an alien 👽 but still included because they were showering me with so much kindness… of course it depends on what our wishes and needs are… We can both feel like outsiders together.. and that’s somehow comforting :) …I know it will all work out for us… the way it’s supposed to be 💜
