I never comment but I’ve been following you for years and I started doing OTF a few years ago after watching your videos. I’m so encouraged by you and am at awe of how resilient you have been this whole journey. I got teary eyed at the end of this video, I’m so so proud of you!!! Sharing your journey with the world does more than you know. Appreciate you so much and congrats!

I also cried in my car after my Dri-Tri so I FEEL YOU here. I have been at OTF just over a year and have lost 70 pounds. I could barely power walk when I began and now I can jog my base pace and my AO PR is 10.2mph. The DT is the one challenge I said I would never do because I had no confidence in myself and talked myself into believing that I couldn't do it, even with these changes. Eventually, I got talked into it and I am so happy I did it. Coming off that treadmill after the 5k at the end was amazing. I am so proud of YOU ANDREW. You are incredible and inspire me to keep going. I will never be the best but I am damn well going to TRI my best (see what I did there?). Thank you for being a beautiful beacon for all of us on our journeys.

The last 2 years have been the worst in my life. I lost my mother suddenly Sept 2020 and continued with my DRITri later that month I cried after… because even through grief, I’m still here and cannot give up on myself. Flash forward to Jan of this year I lost my uncle who helped raise me and again just completed another DRITri. You have to keep pushing forward and never give up on yourself 🧡

Doesn’t matter if it’s the OTF or the completion of the DriTri, it is YOU! You know you’d never give up despite of the doubting moments, you know you’d put it together with the supports from family and friends. You know there r ppl and things you’d still love regardless. Take care! We will get to the happiness we defined.

Our journeys are so similar! 2+ years of feeling like I've let myself down regarding my health. Back at it strong in 2022 with the transformation challenge, the Dri Tri, and taking up figure skating again. I think the weight/fat will handle itself as long as I'm moving my body and doing things I enjoy. I'm so proud of you!

Omg Andrew! I have watched your journey since I have joined otf. You are such an inspiration to others and makes me want to start my own fitness channel thru otf and my fitness journey which I should have started such a long time ago. Now over just about 100 lbs lost i am truly inspired more and how you can accomplish anything you put your mind too. The dri tri is one of those things you should be so proud of especially after completing it. Never give up!

I started watching your channel when I was contemplating joining OT. I originally signed up for. 10 class package with OT in 2018. I went to 1 class. I was so over weight and so self conscious I was very embarrassed that I couldn’t even lift myself for one rep on the trex. Fast forward to Feb 2022. I lost 60lbs and I’m wanting to lose my last 30 lbs to goal weight and decided to take advantage of my unused classes. I am so glad I did! And I am so encouraged by you in so many ways. You broke my heart wide open with this one! I understand so deeply that moment when you realize I have given up on me so many times! But this time I did it! 💜💪🏾

Great video! I did my first full Dri Tri last September (2 months into my OTF journey), and my accomplishment was finishing prior to the 90 minute wave was over. I made that goal, and had a baseline to compare future me against. This time I was able to shave off 8+ minutes from my previous time, mostly by taking shorter breaks/avoiding getting totally gassed on the floor, and then walking faster/jogging more on the tread. My time was still the slowest of anyone in my wave, but the Dri Tri event is so great for just seeing what your body is capable of. I wish more folks who weren’t in fantastic shape did it, as it’s a great way to refocus your fitness journey and just take stock of what you can do. Plus the coaches studio employees are there to cheer you on. It’s a fantastic event as long as you have a positive mindset going into it!

Nobody said life was easy, but it’s moments like this that make it so worthwhile. I am so proud that you are back on your exercise regimen. That’s a major part of good mental as well as physical health. And as a bonus, if you consistently keep at it, all the excess pounds will come off. Keep up the tremendous work!

ANDREW!!!! This the BEST VID!! I’m so glad, happy, emotional for you! YESSSSSSS YOU ARE BACK!!!! One thing you never did was stop being honest and I love that about you. You were real the whole way through. Life is full of ups and downs and shitty ass times, but we can come back. We always have that choice. It’s not easy but YOU did it. Yes you did sir, yes YOU DID! Thank you Andrew for this....I, too, have had a rough 2 years-kinda the same boat as you. It's been tough. But I watch you and I SEE you and you are motivating me to get back to where I was once ago. I cried with you in this video. I am so proud of you. I needed this today....my story is very similar to yours and I completely relate. There's so much more to comment, but I am an introvert and have a hard time putting into words my feelings for the whole world to read. Thank you Andrew ...I may just unfreeze my membership and head back to OTF- I'm a little scared.

Wow I’m so proud of you and I am honestly jealous of you doing the dri tri purely for you. I’m a competitive person and I’d do it to win. Feels good, doesn't it? I decided to not participate in the DriTri after only being back one week and I was ok with that. I figure since I've done it before there was no need to rush into this one. Keep up the good work big guy. Tackle that fat loss like your life depends on it.

Andrew, I love what the California sun has done to bring out your hair color and freckles! However, please wear sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. A lot of skin cancer and cataracts can be prevented or reduced in severity by taking sun protection seriously. Keep up the amazing work being your handsome, entertaining, and motivating self!

I kid you not, I went to the store immediately after reading your commenting coming out of my Orangetheory class and bought two different kinds of sunblock.
