With regard to your exercising, I'd really recommend looking into studies surrounding mini bulking/cutting. Normal bulk/cut cycles have been found to produce less results than shorter length approaches. Best of luck in your journey!

Nope! We had a player who peaked 1000+LP challenger last set and he had mentioned that he found a lot of value in the program when I was collecting feedback

I was going to suggest that you outsource parts of your creative process, be it to other people or to AI tools, so that you have more time for yourself. For example: it is very obvious that bunnymuffins has been doing this for a long time... and while the drop in quality of his content is noticeable, and his tier lists don't seem to be his own anymore, he has time for himself and remains a top player while keeping the algorithm happy. But you said you were struggling to make ends meet, so I don't know that this can be done. Hopefully this is not the end of what we know of Kai Watanabe. And if it is, it was nice to share this phase of your life with you.
