Things to avoid while preparing for cfa level-1 - don’t jump through contents if you get bored or its tough. - Don’t defer the exams - Focus on every subject equally without leaving any subject - Give loads of mocks as much as possible and don’t forget to analyse it further and revise concepts as soon as possible. - Be consistent in studying ( Discipline) - Don’t Delay the preparation - Practice as much as possible. Work hard and Practice alot. Failing is not a good feeling also loads of money will get wasted.

It's not a percentile based exam, every exam has a fair mps. So looking at the pass percentage you can't judge that you would have been able to clear.

Great Video, thanks for the insights. One thing i felt about you prep, and you might want to highlight it was not giving impotance to Ethics, FSA and Quant. Which in totality are around 40% of exam total. Hence messing up with these subjects costs big time!

Also, is there a sure shot way that if I put in this much hard work, I'll be able to clear the exam? Or is the exam very unpredictable?? Hi tanvi you should take your time and appear in August 2025 it will give you more time to prepare and no it's not that hard you fail only by your stupidity in this exam and I did that So the exam is quite normal you just need to prepare well and solve maximum questions

No it's actually a v big advantage because if u join classes they will take 3 days / week and there are chances that they will go v slow it happened with us at zell education we started in nov 2023 for aug 24 attempt and by Feb most realised that they are going slow because we only had 2 class although their pre recorded lectures were there so lot of student started watching that. And lot of us registered for November rather than August so it's a v big advantage that u can study with ur own pace

bhai passing rate is something else it means ki kitne bachhe pass hue passing rate jho 37 aya iss baar wo isliye ki bache fail hue agar app pass hote tho iss baar bhi passing rate badh jata passing rate simply ki how much students passed the exam u are confusing passing rate with passing percentage required
