I feel the same way with my daughter, I live in a subdivision but I do not like the way random junk vans/trucks drive through the subdivisions to collect & look thru, throw a ways from the curbs or looking in peoples garbages! (Don't get me wrong, I look for furniture all the time to redo .lol) I feel like some random person will scoop up my daughter. Oh my gosh,I get so upset that anything can happen in a close of a door or a "I'll be right back. NOPE, not this mama, I'm running in,guess what ,so is my daughter ! You can never be too safe, especially now a days!

I love when you talk about your struggles because it lets me know that I’m not alone in my auto immune disease with the aches and pains etc even though I am turning 55 this month I had the same struggles at your age raising kids and still do and I still have a 12 year old I’m raising The other kids are now older but the 12 yr old still needs me to be productive and it’s not always easy. I feel at times a disappointment to him but I am always working towards a better me in the midst of these struggles…. again, thank you for sharing. Don’t ever feel like you can’t. ❤🙏

Also, I know you have spoken of your fibromyalgia. I believe I may have it so girl, I know how hard it is to even get up some days. I’ve been going through it, too. Having autoimmune disorders sucks so bad. I get tired all the time and hurt constantly! Rest and stress free is the best for that and also exercise…& diet. I’m bad about the exercising part lol but I totally feel ya girl. Hope it gets easier for you:)

I live in a town of 200. Our road has a lot of kids and I am always seeing kids (as young as 4) walking around by themselves all over town. I won’t let my kids go outside without me and they’re getting ready to turn 9 and 10 😂

I can't agree more with you on the child supervision thing my youngest is 8 and I don't let her walk anywhere or leave her anywhere unsupervised. I can't!! My oldest is almost 20 and I have a 15 year old I barely let them even walk anywhere alone. I also see little kids younger than mine walking to school or at the park and I'm like there's no way.!

Hey Olivia, really enjoyed the vlog. I so feel you on the exhaustion, joint and muscle pain 😣 The past couple of months I have been on such a low as far as having absolutely no energy and the pain in my joints is really upsetting. As I shared with you I do have hyper mobile disorder and I’m going about to see if I indeed have hEDS. I know you said you’re not hyper mobile. Unfortunately, I have passed this onto my son, who has also suffered from exhaustion, joint and muscle pain and other issues since a child though they could never find a reason as to why for either of us until now. The hot flashes are 😝 I can’t even wear long sleeves in the winter anymore because I get so overheated that I end up soaked in sweat and I despise that feeling of damp/wet clingy clothes!!! I have to wear ankle braces now because my ankles are so hyper mobile that they easily give while I’m walking and I broke my foot very badly last summer because of this. I required surgery and it was a whole big thing. Recovery has taken a full year and my foot stiff feels weird and uncomfortable. I don’t think it’ll ever feel normal again. They have kept the fibromyalgia diagnosis in my chart, but my doctor gave me that diagnosis due to not being able to figure out what was causing all my pain, exhaustion and other symptoms/issues. It wasn’t until I saw medical conference speech on hyper mobility and a KZbin video of a girl who has hEDS, that I learned about hyper mobility. I kept looking up videos and literature on Fibromyalgia because I was absolutely not satisfied with that diagnosis as I feel they’re all too complacent with slapping that diagnosis to anyone who they feel they cannot figure out where their pain, etc, is stemming from and they feel stumped because all the tests come back “normal”. Fibromyalgia essentially means muscle pain and I’m already well aware that I have that. I need to know the WHY?… When I brought up hyper mobility and hEDS to my pain management doctor, she was quiet for a moment and then said, “That could absolutely be the issue with your joints, exhaustion and muscle aches. The disks all along my entire spine are all kinds of messed up and she said that hyper mobility makes perfect sense why the disks would be, bulging, slipped, etc. It’s a whole process and so exhausting at times. I have to see so many doctors. I have my primary care doctor, my pain management doctor, I see a rheumatologist, a neurologist, I have to see a geneticist, I also have PT and sometimes I get so overwhelmed with all these appointments. The one thing that makes it better is FINALLY getting more answers and clarity. But anyhow, enough about this. I just really want to let you know I do know the pain and exhaustion you feel. I always wish you the best and I hope in time you can get to the root of what is casing YOU this pain and exhaustion. Ok onto other things, lol. I love how the coffee bar looks painted. The sage green is really nice. And I love that you painted the mirrors. I like it better. I think a really good piece of art would love great above it!! I think a nice large plant next to it would also look super nice! I know it’s sometimes hard keeping plants alive indoors, unless you have a really good green thumb. I suggest a good fake tree. I got super lucky and found a fig leaf tree that someone threw away when moving. It was in like new condition and while it’s fake it looks so real that everyone thinks it’s a real tree. Amazon has some nice ones as does IKEA, but look on the marketplace. I see so many real looking ones for amazing prices. Maybe in time you will find a nice credenza for an awesome price on marketplace that can fit the space better. I love the hutch you go and refinished. You are so good at it!! The girls are growing so fast!!! Gigi is going to be tall like you. I think all your girls will be tall. Hazel already is looking tall too! Made a doctor appointment, think a lot of it may be menopause, out of the 34 symptoms I’ve got most of them, hoping we can try hormone replacement therapy and it helps. For sure! As much as I wish I could be someone who frequents the gym/works out often, It’s hard to get into/stay consistent when you have fibromyalgia .. especially during a flare up! Joint pain/muscle tenderness, dizziness, hot flashes, nausea, etc has me not even able to move much some days! Maybe one day I’ll get there.. 🤞🏻

I have extreme heat intolerance, but extreme extreme, I've been locked in my room with AC for 9 days- I've ended up in the ER when I went to a lake on a hot day, so I just know my body best and I stay home but I get depressed because being productive is key to my depression/anxiety- anyways I guess I came here to tell you that I just sat down with spaghetti I just cooked and started off where I left off on your video and you started to cook spaghetti 😂 reminds me of our olden spaghetti days haha! ❤

I actually really enjoy cleaning when I feel well and I’m also a control freak/perfectionist when it comes to how my house is cleaned so I prefer to do it on my own… plus I don’t like people in my house haha but trust me I get plenty of rest especially with Patrick’s new work schedule. I even have a hard time letting him clean bc I want it done my way but I’ve def gotten better about letting that go especially when I’m not feeling well bc the house still needs cleaned! Unfortunately with fibromyalgia sometimes no amount of rest takes the pain/ symptoms away!
