I also left the US 5 years ago, in 2019. My family and friends also thought I was crazy. But I haven't regretted a single moment, even though the Taal volcano erupted and then the Covid Lockdown came. The experiences you have in the US come at a very high cost. The experiences you have in the Philippines are priceless.

💯% to all your reason why better to live in Phils. especially when someone find a family here that don't have selfish attitude like always wanting your favor asking always for anything for himself and not for everybody's good, have attitude to work as a team for everybody's welfare..a Christlike Love. For those people with bad habits and attitude, wicked by heart, be renewed and be aware that "Life is short" in this world as we are all just passersby anything/goods you accumulated compounded here on earth will l be left behind and we can only bring with us is our naked self into next life !

Thanks for your very nice content. Emotional & honest reflections on the deeper meaning of Life. I can relate to your story, been working abroad mostly in Japan right after University Graduation. I have experienced the good, fun, challenging, competetive, financially rewarding Corporate career & High-Tech/ Engineering jobs for more than 10 years as bachelor. Then, came a time where I have to balance & choose b/w Career & Family. Like you, I've chosen Family. A harmonious Home setup, treasured Family bondings, raising & guiding our 4 Kids then, now they're grown-up, diligent University Students carving their own optimistic future. We're fortunate to have jump-started a productive career earlier before our awakening & eventually decided to prioritize raising a Family here in the Philippines. Our beloved Country is the best place to live provided that we have a steady income enough to sustain the basic Family needs, in my own humble opinion...😘

Your comments are so well written, detailed and easy to understand. I love you points here and I am so happy to hear about some of your story. It looks like an extremely wonderful outcome with your family here in the Philippines. It is true when you mentioned, a steady income. A steady stable source of income is extremely vital to be able to raise a family here or pretty much anywhere in the world. I am wondering what part of the Philippines you call home and If you don't mind me asking, are you a Filipino that decided to work abroad in Japan?

Raising Roots Abroad you can always have your business here in the Philippines while living with your Filipino family. You can sell some kind of any imported US made products in Visayas like candys canned goods and tokens or pasalobong made in USA. You can also contact for TESLA smart Phone Company so that you can be a retail home here in the Philippines.

You and your family, especially your kids, are very lucky. They might one day decide to participate in that rat race, but they have already at least this idea of a quiet, peaceful life in their head and have a choice of how they want to live. When you get older, material things become less and less important. Have a nice weekend!

It’s actually not that easy to live. Simple life, esp in the beginning, if you are used to having lots of things, lots of material things.. it won’t be as easy as you are used to having those. Having a simple life often means more inconvenience.. but if we can do it, keep that simple life.. there will be less stress
@RaisingRootsAbroadКүн бұрын
That is so true. If one is not accustomed to such a life it will be challenging but if one is open minded to accepting things as they are and going with the flow it is a wonderful new beginning. Thank you for your words of wisdom. ❤️❤️❤️✨✨✨

Great message! Where is that waterfront area in the video? It's beautiful. FYI, when you stop speaking in the video and just play music, I'm fast forwarding - visuals without dialog don't hold my attention - would prefer if you narrated through the entire video as I'm watching to learn your perspective; no idea if other watchers feel the same.
@RaisingRootsAbroad3 күн бұрын
Thank you for your feedback sir. That area is known as park Marina here in San Carlos City. The style of the video comes from the voice God puts In my heart ❤️. I am moved to speak at these moments and that is the style of my videos. I am not moved to make videos in a full narrative mode but at the same time I do appreciate your perspective and feel blessed that you took the time to watch. ❤️🙏
