Hi Tony, Thanks for sharing your experience. The things you mentioned are some of the things I found to be troubling also. I'm just waking up after over 40 years and people are shocked and acting all uncomfortable around me. I was just thinking earlier today exactly what you said in one of your comments below. How I wish that it would be something of little to no consequence if a person changes their mind about religion! But it's made into such a big deal because of WT indoctrination. People who stand up for their convictions shouldn't be treated like they're damaged goods. It's just not right.The implication is, 'If you don't agree with us on everything, you're just not a good person.' That is a pretty narrow minded way to go through life, if you ask me!

It's so amazing when you wake up to see how blinded we were to the manipulation of the cult. Thanks for sharing your story which will surely help others to see the real truth. Great video! I wasn't around when the blood fractions came to be, but I remember my mom being so uplifted by the Society's progression and that science finally made such a thing possible. I did a double take and couldn't believe there was yet ANOTHER change. It reads and sounds so different when you're no longer in. Good job!

I agree completely with your video. I'm a 4th generation. Faded 20 yrs ago & shunned for the last 10 yrs because I choose to attend a nondenominational church! I started seeing things at age 14 that just didn't make sense. Of course, can't question! I ended up baptized & raised my kids in this organization. It's all I ever knew & my whole family was in. I started fading in my 40's . Found a great church 10 yrs later that actually teaches as Jesus taught! Growing up a JW there was little mention of Jesus. Just a lot of man made rules to follow ! Nothing was taught about Grace. I now know that Grace is given freely.. We don't have to "earn" it as JW's believe. I feel sorry the ones that are so mind controlled. I believe there are a lot of people staying because of the shunning policy.. They are just going through the motions at this point.. So sad ! Shunning is hard, but freedom to find the real truth is worth it! Keep the videos coming.. People are waking up & they need them!!!

Hi, totally agree with you. The constant begging for money nauseated me especially as a lot of the " Brothers" were on very limited incomes. It started to feel too business like. I also have to say that some of the men has such a condescending attitude as if they were trying to put me in my "place" as a single woman. I started to feel on edge a lot and wary of some. Now I have left I feel indescribable relief after leaving the organisation and even though I lost all my friends the thought of returning fills me with horror! All the best.

When Jesus presents himself by the title "the First and the Last," he is not claiming equality with Jehovah, the Grand Creator. He is using a title properly bestowed om by God. In Isaiah, Jehovah was making a statement about His unique position as the true God. He is God eternal, and besides him there is indeed no God.---1 Timothy 1:17.

(Mrk 12:9 + Rev.1:8) The 1611 KJB, the name "appears four times (Ex 6:3: Ps 83:18; Isa. 12:2; 26:4) Years later, the Name Jehovah was removed altogether. The reason I ask is that the text is so clear about the deity of Jesus, and that there is only ONE God, and you seem to be trying to make a statement about the "name" being removed from the text. That statement sounds an awful lot like a JW statement. Jesus IS the Creator, and without HIm, nothing was made that was made. John 1:3 In light of that, Isaiah 44:24 is a statement from God, or Jehovah if you prefer, that He made EVERYTHING BY HIMSELF. The text is very clear, and you seem to be making excuses.

Hello my friend. I am an ex JW. I was in only 8 years. My family and I began to notice things were slightly askew and when I asked questions I was treated as a leper. However, there was an elder who was my friend. I asked him why is the organization always asking for money. He replied with a smile that the organization doesn't run on air. I said yes, I know, but, 2 Corinthians 9:7 states that I should give as I have decided and not under compulsion. I went on that if the organization continually asks for money, I am no longer a cheerful giver, but, a giver under compulsion. He replied, you are right and promptly walked away. Elders are agents for the Governing Body to make sure their funds are collected yet they condemn churches for doing the same.

Thanks for sharing. You have a good memory. It was the June 15th 2004 WT that discussed the blood issue and how important it was for each of us to examine the subject thoroughly to determine our own conscientious stand. As an obedient JW I did this and studied everything WT had ever printed on the subject, plus examining more closely all scriptures tied in with blood and how it should be treated. The WT stated, "...learn what God's word says and to strive to mold your conscience by it. That will equip you to decide in line with God's guidance rather than ask someone else to make a ruling for you". (pg 24 par 17) The problem for me was that I concluded differently from the "someone else", the GB, that is that I COULD in good conscience accept a whole blood transfusion, as well as fractions. Despite what that WT said, we ARE expected to adhere to the rulings of the GB, and to "unrepentantly accept" a (whole) blood transfusion is seen as disassociation (according to the elders handbook), and shunning follows. I eventually shared my view with elders because it was traumatising to me. However, I told them I would not accept a transfusion ONLY because it might stumble my brothers and sisters. I was prepared to die for THEM, not to preserve a relationship with God. Thank goodness I never needed blood. Every time I hear of children being denied blood, or life saving operations that require blood, it feels like a knife in my heart. I wonder if the parents have ever really done some serious study on the matter and have come to their OWN decision. It's high time the GB made blood transfusions, whole or fractions, a personal conscience matter. They already have enough blood on their hands, and one day God might just ask for ti back.

These people are delusional .I can relate to everything you said. I was raising a family by myself and it was desperately hard to do. I was so afraid they didn't want us to go back to school or work two jobs. I was told by a sister to quit my job and Jehovah would take care of us, I pretended to do so .but there was no way I was going to quit my job, when I look back I am so glad I quit before my oldest daughter finished school , I was working two jobs that helped my daughter to finish college and help my other two children. getting married is not a financial investment for the future. everyone needs a trade or to be college educated.

01:30 yes the financial arm of the Watchtower is a well oiled machine. They make a huge amount of money, and are highly, HIGHLY motivated to accrue so called "unrighteous riches". When I handled the accounts for the convention I was genuinely shocked on how much money they made on the conventions. What JW's don't know is when The Watchtower hires a venue/stadium the carpark is always included free - this is standard. So charging for 3-day parking is a clever way for The Watchtower to force the witnesses to pay an entrance fee to attend the convention. Even the congregational arranged bus transits to the conventions is another way they make a whopping profit. A secret which very few know about is, The Watchtower negotiates funding from local municipalities to contribute city funds to support the District Conventions costs. For example, the Raleigh City Councilors (Nth Carolina) along with the Visitor's Bureau and the Centennial Authority pay around $270k-$300k toward to the convention costs. The Watchtower is able to negotiate this because 10,000 JWs converging on a town brings in a lot of spending money which boosts local trade. The Watchtower plays municipalities off each other to see who will give the most money. After doing this for decades The Watchtower has become very effective at this kind of monetary negotiation. Keep in mind all of these funds are treated as contributions so The Watchtower evades the tax. Also you will notice throughout the convention they constantly make announcements for the brothers to donate saying they need more money to cover the cost of the convention. Which is a blatant lie as the costs are already covered well before the convention even begins. So yeah events such as conventions are a huge cash cow for The Watchtower and this is just one of the many revenue streams they bring in.

Thank you for your excellent video. You seem to have a peaceful, calm demeanor about you. All the reasons you cited for leaving are the same reasons I started reading and researching. I've commented on other videos that I'm 60+ years old, raised a JW and have faded out. I got so tired of the constant repetition of Wt doctrine and same scriptures over and over that I started reading the bible and just as you stated about them leaving Jesus out, I saw this also. It was the beginning of my waking up.

I always wondered why they stress so much on the congregation being penniless to become pioneers. My mother is doing this. She became homeless so she can spend more time preaching. I reached out on her behalf to the organization and they told me I am responsible because that is my mother. They don't encourage higher education and they actually call the congregation sheep. Sheep mindlessly follow with no questions asked. That is their mark of faithfulness - not asking questions and not caring for yourself. My mother has her will set up to have anything she owns financially to go to the society when she dies.

Thank you for sharing from your life, brother. I was particularly struck by the last of the four reasons for leaving the witnesses which you mentioned: the basic elimination of Jesus from the essence of what it meant to be a Christian. Because of that, I wanted to share my own story with you. Here it is:It’s always a pleasure for me to re-tell my story, because it’s really Jesus’ story as he has led me to himself. My parents became Jehovah’s witnesses in 1949. At that time, I was four years old, and my sister was a new baby. Prior to that, my mother was a nominal Methodist, and my father a nominal Episcopalian. Neither attended church as adults. I was baptized in 1954, when I was nine years old. I sincerely felt I was dedicating myself to Jehovah, and never veered from that for the next 20 years. After high school, I attended a one-year nursing course, and found nursing to work very well for me as I vacation pioneered many times, and even regular pioneered for a short time. I lived for most of nine years in Brooklyn, specifically because Bethel was there, and I loved being in close proximity to the leaders of the organization. Honestly, I think I felt it somehow made me kind of special because I rubbed shoulders with some of them. During this time that I was in NY, my family in California was really having difficulty. There were four of us siblings now, and my two sisters were into drugs and all that that lifestyle can entail. My brother, who was born with “water on the brain”, was very ill for his entire 17 years of life, and Mom was his fulltime caregiver. My father travelled in sales work, and my parents’ marriage was very strained and unhappy. We had a family friend named Don Nelson. His mother had died when he was a teenager, and he had sort of adopted us when he became a JW at the age of 18, in about 1952. Don was a very devoted witness, and even went to prison for two years, rather than serving in the armed forces. After prison, Don went to Gilead, and was sent as a circuit servant to Brazil. While in Brazil, Don did a whole lot of pure Bible-reading, without reference to the WT publications. He gave special attention to the way the NW Translation had altered some very important aspects of God’s plan for us. For one thing, every time the original language spoke of Christ in us, they translated it, “Christ in union with us” (suggesting him and we cooperating with and agreeing with each other, as opposed to his actually dwelling in us, becoming our very life). Also, their translation of John 17:3 was particularly troubling to Don, as the NWT said, “This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the one true God, and of the one you sent forth, Jesus Christ.” In fact, what it says is, “This is eternal life, their knowing you, the one true God, and the one you sent forth, Jesus Christ.” The JW’s emphasize information, while what is promised is relationship with God, and furthermore, it is not a means to an end (eternal life), but IS eternal life! Really important stuff! When Don wrote about his concerns to the Brooklyn Headquarters, they merely replied that he was to come home to USA, no longer a circuit servant. So, disheartened at their lack of responsiveness, Don returned and tried to show us what he was seeing…..for thirteen years! We thought he had gone a bit “over the edge” and the more we didn’t understand, the more frustrated he became. Finally, in 1972, when my family was literally falling apart, my sisters really messed up on drugs, my brother dying, my parents frazzled, they, Don and Janet, and nine other JW’s began meeting behind closed doors, drawn curtains, to share with one another about God. Don, who had not himself been born again at this time, but who was certainly being drawn toward Christ, was the teacher of the group. I was living in NY, but would join them every time I came home for a visit. This went on for about two years. The times together were absolutely lovely. We considered the scriptures, prayed, sang, ate, drank, laughed, cried. It was wonderful! For me, the “moment” came one evening at Don’s, when we had been considering one of Paul’s epistles. I suddenly realized that Paul had met Jesus after the resurrection, just like me. He had not known Christ as a man, didn’t travel with him, eat and drink with him, etc. Just like me. And yet, I could clearly see that Paul really loved Jesus and had a tender relationship with him, and I didn’t. I wondered why, so I asked Don that question. Normally a man of many words, Don simply said, “Ask him.” Up until that time, I had never spoken to Jesus (only to Jehovah). However, I determined to do just that. That night, at home on my bed, I prayed. “First of all, Jehovah, I want to call you Father.” Until then, I did not know that was a desire of my heart, to be his child, not just his servant. But, that was the first thing out of my mouth. Then, I said to Jesus, “There are a whole lot of things I don’t have straight. I don’t know about the Trinity, hell fire, the condition of the dead, whether I will live in heaven or on the earth, etc. But I do know that you said if I love you that you will come and dwell with me, and that’s what I want. Everything else, I’m putting ‘on the shelf’. I have no agenda, so if any of those doctrines are important to you, I am more than willing to have you teach me.” That was the night I was born again. It was grand, to say the least! That particular trip home to California was for only 9 days, and then I flew back to NY, where I lived. I was a changed woman! And I was still a JW!! And I was still a pioneer! What changed? My message! I continued for six months to go door to door, always with a partner, and now I shared the actual Gospel, both to the householder and to my partner, who couldn’t help but listen to my “sermon”! I continued going to meetings, preparing for every single talk in the Ministry School, in case someone was sick and they would ask for a volunteer. (Sister Bergin always volunteered, much to their chagrin, I’m sure.) Every assignment I turned into a message about Jesus. It was so much fun! I knew that disfellowshipping was in my future, and that my days as a free-speaking JW were numbered, so finally I knew it was time to pack my bags and go home to California. The day before I left, after the Sunday meeting, the presiding elder said to me that he had arranged for me to meet with one of the WT writers, , over at Bethel, so he could “answer any questions you have”. I told Charles I didn’t have any questions, but I would be more than happy to meet with him. I had found many problematic things in books regarding the great crowd/anointed 144,000 question, boiling down to the idea that the great crowd were not Spirit-born, not children of God, not privy to the promises of the New Covenant, etc. I think it was a frustrating thing for him, but I was thrilled to have this opportunity. Well, I flew home the next day, and continued having a wonderful time meeting the Body of Christ which we didn’t even know existed, being as closed off from Christians as we had been. In the next year, we were able to share our testimony with 50 different churches and home groups! We were meeting the family! As a side note, about six months after my talk with that Bethel brother, Don Nelson was in California, listening to a Christian radio station, and he heard that he had become a Christian! Isn’t that just wonderful???? What a gift of God to me! In September of 1974, I and my family were disfellowshipped. There were 14 of us who had become Christians together. Several, who had chosen to “stay below the radar” were not actually disfellowshipped, but I personally am glad I got to be more public. It was a privilege and a great pleasure. Within several years of our conversion, both of my sisters came to know and love Christ, I am happy to say.

OMG! Just researched the magazine you mentioned. It wasn't the study article for April 2013 it was the actual magazine for April 2013. You are absolutely correct, Jesus is not in the picture! It's amazing how we all sit in the meetings years after year and these obvious things go right over our heads. It's all done by design. You are correct! It was the April 15th 2013 WT that featured the missing head, ie. Jesus, the head of the Christian congregation was missing from the illustration of God's organisation. That illustration vividly depicted the hierarchical nature of the organisation!

Your videos are so interesting and easy to listen to. You are so right when you talk of the minimalisation of Jesus in the organisation....demoting Jesus to an angel......not partaking of the emblems when they are passed around and the list goes on. It's a bit worrying to say the least especially if they don't know who Jesus really is, then how can they give him the worship as is required in Revelation? I am not a JW but all of my family are so I am classed as less than human and have been for the last 45 years! LIke you said in one of your videos, if these people leave, where do they go to? It would seem that a lot of leavers lose their whole faith In God which is so very sad but then I wonder where others end up? Thanks for putting all your hard work into these videos x

What did it for me was the fact that they actually omitted parts of the Bible in their new translation. The Bible clearly states that no one is to take out or add anything to God's word. That is what made me question everything.im also new at this so its gonna take time...

For people like me, it is as a big turn off as the hypocrisy and hatefulness of the organization itself. I like when you said in your video that What about Jesus? While you are on your journey (we are all entitled to our own) I just want to share with you that the Bible is just so simple to understand when you ask the Holy Spirit (which we are all entitled to tap into, not just an elite group) to reveal you the truth about Who Jesus Christ really is. Having a close and intimate relationship with God is something that He intended us to have. It is a treasure. My point with this message is to thank you and to encourage you. Just a couple of verses that you may already have read but that I encourage you to read again (not in the JW Bible, I like the NLT) John 14:6, Romans 8:38-39. The devil uses SECTS as JW to drive people away from the truth, from knowing the real meaning of the Bible and of having a real relationship with God. I am proud of you and appreciate your videos. I also know the sting and the pain that this cult caused me and my family. But I want you to know that this is not the end but the beginning of a wonderful new life for you and that as long as you remember Proverbs 3:5-6. I live a happy fulfilled life, not perfect and not by works, no longer trying to gain points with God but knowing that through Jesus Christ's sacrifice I have new life. Not because I am good but because of what He has done for us. Thank you and hang in there. I especially liked what you said about Jesus being displaced or omitted from JW's doctrine in that article and in general. All a person has to do is read Matthew through John and ask God to reveal His truth to him/her and he will if he/she seeks him with all his/her heart. Really enjoyed this conversation. Can't believe I had not come across it before. I'd like to comment on your observation of Jesus absence from the JW organizational chart. Could it be reducing Jesus status post resurrection back to Michael the Archangel (which is complete BS). Otherwise, when I was in the borg Jesus placement at the right hand of God was a big deal, especially along with the 144,000 who will reign or govern with him in heaven AA. That was 30 some years ago. What if, they are moving closer to a homogenized and pasteurized version of the trinity, but still unable to dismiss God's name as Jehovah, which is essential to their identity. Just a speculation, because I have the freedom to do that now.

WOW! You are so articulate and wonderful to listen to. Hearing these experiences from XJWs becomes painful for me as well. But your concept of how the GB tries to replace Jesus is "inspired"!! I hadn't thought of that. The WTS' GB is the prophesied "man of lawlessness," it just so happens. He makes himself a god in God's house or temple, represented by other "gods" meaning the other anointed ones whom they become the mediator for. But in that process they also compete with Christ and thus set themselves above Christ in a sense. So Christ himself is one of the "gods" they pontificate over. In that SPECIFIC regard is taking titles that belong specifically to Christ! I just thought of that based on your insightful observation. You see things at such a beautiful spiritual level that others don't see. But the title of the "faithful and discreet slave" is actually a reference to Jesus at the second coming! It is Christ who becomes the faithful slave and inherits all of God's belongings, not the WTS. The WTS is the UN-faithful slave that is prophesied about, the "false prophet". So yes, by taking up the title of the "FDS" they put themselves in Christ's position. Thus they have made themselves a god in God's own house in many ways, including stepping on Christ's instructions and trying to take his place as mediator. As I said, how amazingly insightful for you to notice that --or--maybe, really, maybe God chose you to understand it. Thanks so much for sharing this. Now I have to look at ALL your videos!! I can't disagree with your assessment of them as the UN faithful slave given all we've seen at this point. I'm totally at a place where I'm less concerned with THEM and more concerned with ME and YOU (people in a general sense). The ship has sailed on this Org. and I'm saddened that's not clear for those still caught up in it but frankly, better them than me! With that I leave precious souls behind; not easy. Here is another article by that crazy person called "Gallaway1440K" claiming to be the Christ today: When more people realize that the Bible teaches that Christ will be on the earth for the 1000-year reign of Christ and that he will be in a body exactly like those of the resurrected ones, meaning sharing the body of a modern person, being implanted into the body of a living human, then they will begin to recognize the specific references to who this person chosen to be the messiah is. Some basics identifiers are these: 1. Revelation 12 shows this person is born from the woman who flees to the wilderness. This woman represents Christ's secret followers who have formed secret societies. So we know this person belongs to one or more of these secret societies of Christ that exist when Christ returns and when Satan is cast out of heaven. Note she is giving birth to this person who becomes the messiah when he is symbolically caught up to heaven to God's throne, meaning very close to Jehovah himself, going to his bosom position and thus becoming the Christ. 2. In the parable of the rich man and Lazarus, where Christ becomes Lazarus, we know he is a disfellowshipped JW, since the "rich man" is a reference to the GB of JWs. So we know he is a JW or XJW. 3. Also as Lazarus who is surrounded by "dogs," we know he is a male prostitute. This is confirmed by a reference to the prodigal son as being in the company of prostitutes. 4. We know from the "sign of the son of man" which the WTS published in the "Revelation" book in 1988, the image of a dead black child's face, That this person is black. 5. We know from Acts 8 that links the Ethiopian eunuch with Isaiah 53, which describes the Christ at the second coming physically, that he will resemble an Ethiopian eunuch, that is, a gay black male, and this he will have an occupation similar to a civil servant or an important administrative assistant to some powerful or influential woman. That is, he will work for a woman of great wealth or authority in the government. 6. We also know he will be using the body of some other person because he will be in the same kind of body situation as those of the first resurrection. Those of the first resurrection have their minds and memories implanted into modern saints and thus share the physical body and mind of a modern person. Christ will be in the same kind of body and so those resurrected will see him just as he is. 1 John 3:2 says: "Beloved ones, we are now children of God,+ but it has not yet been made manifest what we will be. We do know that when he is made manifest WE WILL BE LIKE HIM, because we will see him just as he is." This simply means that just as they are implanted into the body of a living saint at the second coming when they are resurrected, Christ will likewise be implanted into the body of a living saint at the second coming as well. So they will be in the same kind of body as Christ will. An imperfect body of someone else. 7. Then, there is the CHRONOLOGY. It's in the Bible. Lots of people think they don't have to bother with the chronology. But the Bible says, "Happy is the one who keeps in expectation and arrives at the 1335 days!" So that chronology was put there to tell us the precise year Christ was to return, even if we didn't understand it until AFTER the event occurs. Three prophecies all point to 1992-1993 as the year of the 2nd coming. So whoever is claiming to be the Christ, needs to claim they became the Christ in 1992-1993. The "1335 days" prophecy is 45 years after 1947, the year the Jews come out of exile, ending the 1290 days of Jewish exile from God's favor. The "7 times" prophecy is 2520 years from the fall of Jerusalem, when the true date is corrected to 529 BCE per the Bible. The "70 weeks" prophecy shows Christ returning in the middle of the 70th week at the second coming, meaning before mid-week passover of the year 1989-1996, the 70th week based on 36 CE. Eventually all of this will sink in for everyone and I'll be the confirmed Christ.

Greetings bro, I've only just stumbled on your video and I am really moved by your experience, especially the story regarding your marriage. I was really fortunate to have escaped with my wife and I am still surprised that it didn't take me too long to show her that the WBTS is a false prophet and one to be avoided at all cost. I noticed that some JW apologist had commented that you were "obsessing" about the organisation. How sad of them ! Please, take no notice of such ones. They have no idea what it really means to invest your whole life in an organisation that you later find to be both false and exploitative ! Or, maybe they do understand what it means to invest one's life in the Organisation. Maybe they are the ones who are actively exploiting others in the organisation and are desperately "stirring" you up in some dumb reverse psychology game, to try and get you to rock-bottom where they expect all JW leavers to be ! Spare a thought for all those loyal brothers and sisters in their 70s and 80s whose entire lives have been lived on false promises and outright lies. That's a non-starter for me and I will not fall for it. My true hope for me and my son, and others on this journey, is that "rock bottom" never materializes. I've seen up close how that played out for one young man we lost at 30 to suicide! Thirty dam years old! It's an unspeakable and unnecessary tragedy that was fed by this nonsense. You're right to point out that many are captive and OLD. They would feel truly lost if they exited. In some ways it's their retirement home; I don't hold that against them if they want it. Yes it's terrible that in the talks and literature, (especially the song book) Christ is rarely spoken of. It's usually "Jehovah and his organization." That picture you mentioned, shows how unimportant Jesus must be to the GB. Of course the JW are taught that for the majority of them, Jesus is NOT their mediator, but the mediator for only 144,000. So in the literature they show that they must be trying to direct the "non anointed" JW to the Governing Body as their mediator(s) (members of the 144,000 "anointed.) Perhaps that is why we don't see Jesus in the WT. picture. Ever notice that all the talks and literature is never "food for the anointed but "food" only for whom they speak of as "the other sheep"? If an "anointed" fed regularly on this "food" they would starve to death spiritually. I left in 1998 and what brought me out was the changes of doctrine. But especially in my investigation into the past and present teachings of the WTS . I discovered that for over 60 years, (while claiming to be God's channel) (Russel claimed to be "Gods' mouthpiece", they believed and taught that Christ's invisible return was in 1874. This is Why Russel felt that he had to publish the Watchtower to announce Christ's "presence" since 1874. I discovered that they did not change this doctrine until 1929! They could see that 1914 failed concerning all that they had expected in that year. (destruction of the wicked, God destroying "Christendom" The nations will no longer be able to rule themselves because "the Gentile times would end." They realized that Russell made a mistake concerning 1874 for too much time had passed, so in 1929 Rutherford changed the date of 1874 to 1914. In 1914 clear down to 1929 they were still teaching that Christ's invisible return was in 1874. Russell died in 1916 still believing this. Russell also believed that the new covenant was only for the Jews but after the Jews accept it, the Christians will come into the new covenant afterwards. (It's for the natural Jews first) This is something that I did not learn until after I left and did more research into what CT Russell believed and taught.

Yeah, I agree especially with your 4 reasons; number 4 being my biggest reason. This elevating of the "faithful and discreet slave"; now equivalent to the governing body who are merely corporation directors glorified as "false apostles";.....this elevating of THEM over Jesus Christ really disturbs me! To hypocritically claim that an admission in a 2016 Watchtower (or 2017) that the GB is "neither inspired, nor infallible, and can err in organization direction";......and then turn around and claim in subsequent Watchtowers and broadcast videos that "Jehovah trusts the "faithful and discreet slave, and therefore we should trust them", and obey everything they tell us"...........is THE HEIGHT OF HYPOCRISY!! When you really start to examine what they've taught, and discover their secret joining the UN and multiple UN agencies in the UK and the US; their active lobbying in political organizations around the world, (which is OK in itself; but DF'ing congregation members who in the slightest way involve themselves to expose political schemes),......you realize that there's NOTHING FAITHFUL OR DISCREET about these self-proclaimed leaders. They are violating so many scriptural principles while pretending to the world that their a "Christian" organization! Not to mention the Pittsburg lawyer who lied to the court about how DF's/shunned ones are treated; and Geoffrey Jackson of the GB lying to the Australian Royal Commission about their claim that they are the ONLY channel to men from God!!

It breaks my heart that the jw leave Jesus out of the picture!!!!There are sooo many verses that show he is one with the Father and the Spirit and I feel if you view it any other way you would be committing blasphemy....i have family that are jw and I just cannot understand if they study the bible sooo much how Are they missing that part....this has been so heavy on my heart so I pray and thats the best thing I can do for now

On this point Bretheren Lee I'll leave it to the medical community. I don't believe a religious order should check in on it at all; as medical treatment does not have to define or correlate to one's faith. Separation of church and state IMO.

Hi coutrygirl16137, thanks for your feedback. Your question presumes that only Jesus is the path one chooses to travel. I no longer feel that way. The world is bigger than Jesus to billions of people. Focusing on the "answer" and "being right" when it comes to spiritual matters divides people more than unites them is my view.
