I WASTED MY TIME AND CREATIVE ENERGIES ON PROJECTS THAT WERE NEITHER ARTISTICALLY OR COMMERCIALLY REWARDING...... i UNWITTINGLY GIFTED NARCISSISTS AND EGOTISTS MY ENERGY AND ALLOWED THEM TO USE MY MUSICAL SKILLS TO FURTHER THEIR EGOCENTRIC VANITY AND PRETENTIOUS POSTURING...... I REGRET WASTING MY TIME AND ENERGY ON SUCH CRAP WHEN I HAVE DONE SO MUCH BETTER BEFORE AND AFTER THAT TIME ..... I ALREADY KNEW REGGAE WAS CORRUPTED BY HIPSTERS AND POSERS AND PSEUDO RASTAS AND I SOLD OUT, I CHOSE TO CONTINUE REGGAE BECAUSE 1: I FOUND IT VERY EASY, SO I WAS LAZY.... 2 : I WAS VERY GOOD AT IT, SO IT MADE SENSE TO CONTINUE WITH THAT MUSIC,..... 3: I THOUGHT "IF I AM GOING TO PLAY A COMMERCIAL MUSIC AT LEAST I ENJOY PLAYING REGGAE, IT IS FUN FOR ME TO PLAY," , SO I COMPROMISED AND SOLD OUT, ..... 4: I WAS COWARDLY AND CHOSE REGGAE BECAUSE IT IS A SMALL CLOSED SYSTEM OF MUSIC, BY IT'S NATURE IT IS SIMPLE AND THUS I COULD PLAY REGGAE WHEN STONED , I COULD NOT GET AWAY WITH THAT IN JAZZ ...... 5 : I WAS ONLY GOING TO TRADE OFF MY REGGAE SKILLS AT FIRST IN BRIGHTON TO GET HOUSING AND JOBS.... IT WORKED, BUT I THEN GOT SWEPT UP WITH THE IDEA OF HAVING A LIVE BAND PLAYING INSTRUMENTAL PSEUDO-DUB ...... MY MISTAKE WAS IN STARTING THE BAND AND BRINGING THE ENVIOUS LITTLE BACKSTABBER LIL DAVE ARROWSMITH TO BRIGHTON TO USE AS A PAWN ON MY CHESSBOARD.... Steve Rixon asked me to play some gigs with U.K.PLayers in 2000-2002 because i filled in on Guitar one time with them when they backed Wayne McArthur... the reason i agreed to do those gigs was so i could connect with Master percussionist Rick and involve him in my musical projects, not just Reggae, Rick is a MUSICIAN and he can play Soul, Jazz, Rick plays MUSIC , like me, not like Rixon and Jamie and those 'one finger' musicians who can only play dur dur dur soundsystem music..... i play BIG PEOPLE MUSIC ..... i stayed with Steve Rixon in the council house that was awarded to the mother of his children........ when i played 10 or so gigs on Guitar in U.K. Players which i did PURELY to steal Rick the percussionist.... i stayed with Steve for many days with his wife Naomi and 4 kids, those kids were always hungry, one evening Steve was missing and wasn't answering phone so we waited and waited for him to eat, eventually i just went out and bought dinner for his family..... Steve turned up hours later "we saved you some food..." his loyal wife greeted him as he came in "i've eaten" Steve said dismissively!!! WTF? He was out doing coca!ne with some skanky basic woman while i was feeding his kids.... one night Naomi brought down bedding for me.... "oh thanks Naomi" i said "Oh No, these are for STEVE" She jested, taunting Steve as clearly she knew what he was up to and was using her crush on ME to wind Steve up, really horrible how people try to USE me like that..... When i did few more gigs a month later Naomi had kicked Steve out and wasn't letting him near the kids, good job as he is an evil narcissist control freak...... and for the record i NEVER would have fcuked Steve's wife Naomi, i don't steal wives or break up families, i don't have to , i have always had the attention of 9s and 10s, much to my bewilderment, but it IS MY experience.... so if Steve Rixon's wife had a thing for me, i never encouraged it or enjoyed it, it's just more stress and aggro to me , competitive narcissist males like Steve Rixon have enough resentment of me already so i don't enjoy it when they hate me even more because some Woman tried to USE me to make a man feel inferior or insecure....... i don't seek controversy and i am not adversarial, it is weak, narcissistic men who cause all the problem and they think they can abuse me and then silence me and get away with it and i will overcome all of them and speak my truth which is history....... i TORTURE them with simple truth...... live by the EGO , then DIE by the EGO ......Steve Rixon AKA 'Steve Ez' is a toxic Narcissist, he showed me how he used mind control techniques on his kids, He made a sound with his mouth to his infant child and told me how he does this to each child, a "signature sound" he called it for each child that he told me he planned to use on them when they are adults so he can trigger them into a "childlike state".........i accompanied Steve as he drove around South East England delivering flyers for raves at a venue near Salisbury that was owned by Steve Cocaine dealer buddy Enzo..... they would sell tons of ecstasy pills to kids at these events, Steve was a big part of it, organizing and promoting the events, taking Cocaine with the other drug dealers and feeling like a gangster while at home he was pretending to be a Rastafarian and all humble and moral and upstanding but he was fcuking some skanky basic NPC woman who Steve introduced to me as "My OTHER wife"....... Naomi was a nice girl and also intelligent but Naomi was only 15 years old when Steve took control of her mind and put her to work as his sow, Steve started to manipulate her with his sophisticated mind control techniques...... Steve would tell me as he drove around that the Bible was 100% fact and on the judgement day Steve and all his children would be raptured and immediately ascend to heaven as part of the 144,000 mentioned in the book of Revelation........ Steve liked to open the Bible at a random page and read a few lines "on the new moon, the horn will sound.... " He read..... Then Steve turned to me and said "That is about us recording Horns on the tracks for the album" ..... the dude is FCUKING BATSH!T CRAZY..... it's hard to know how much is delusion and how much is just lies with Steve.... of course it always starts with a lie, but he does seem to actually believe the complete nonsense he says...... Steve told me how he was into Numerology, Astrology, 'COLOR THERAPY'!!!!???!!!, Steve would put every type of loopy, pretentious hokum he could find into a blender and chug the lot, he loved the feeling it gave him, all queesy and disoriented from the toxic soup of pseudo-spiritual bullsh!t ..... Ultimately Steve's narcissism comes from his CRUSHING LOW SELF ESTEEM.... Steve had quite a cocaine habit when i was doing gigs with U.K.Players around 2000-2002 , He told me this himself in an apologetic phonecall, i think it was part of some sobriety treatment he did, they always make you call up everyone you think you wronged and apologize.... apologies are worthless, they exist purely to absolve the abuser of their actions while taking no genuine responsibility... "Sorry" is simply another spell, a magic word to make it all go away, but it's another trick, a lie, a con, like everything Steve Rixon has ever done from his Fake Rastafarian Reggae to his drug use.....it's ALL lies and COPE.... Cocaine is a confidence drug, like amphetamine.... people who take it do so because it gives them CONFIDENCE.... they will talk about "energy" and "getting stuff done" but really it is about confidence, they NEED it to feel they have 'energy' once they are addicted ...... people who take coca!ne do so to get FALSE confidence from the drug, because they are too weak, coward and entitled to make changes in themselves to gain REAL confidence..... My Experience of working with Dougie Conscious🤡💻💩🎧💶AKA 'A. Millgate' is when Wayne McArthur🐍phoned me and asked if i could come to Studio tomorrow to record Guitar and Bass ? ..... i heard of Dougie🤡💻💩🎧💶 and Chaz but didn't know their music so i went round to Dave Arrowsmith🪳 and borrowed a CD, likkle Dave had ALL of Dougie's stuff at that time 2000, his hero was Russ D but he loved Conscious sounds and especially Chazbo⛩ and Bush Chemists.... CD was Centry-release the chains,.... "this is so basic and NPC, i got nothing to worry about" i thought..... That next day we recorded one tune 'Cry Rebel' that Wayne🐍 put on a 12". i did 3 or 4 more sessions, some with master Percussionist Rick AKA 'Jah Roots'🪘..... some of these tunes Wayne🐍 released on a CD 'Dread Music Affairs' , He also included without permission on that CD a tune that Likkle Dave Arrowsmith 🪳PAID Wayne🐍 to sing on and was NOT Wayne's production to include on that CD and a tune Jah Free had PAID Wayne🐍 to sing on so also NOT Wayne's production...... i was paid for 4 or 5 original composition and recording, Riddim and lead Guitar and Bass Guitar , i got a total of 2 boxes of the 'Cry Rebel' 12"..... which was 70 records, Wayne🐍 wanted to pay me 1 box but i stood firm, it's enough of a betrayal to pay me in records and make me hustle and toil for Wayne McArthur's career even more and BEG people "please buy this sh!t Reggae 12" that i played on" just to get PAID,..... that is bad enough , but to offer me only one box of 35 records was a real insult , you get used to it working with Wayne McArthur🐍....... insulted after recording KILLER Basslines and Guitar for him on 4 or 5 sessions and insulted after Gigs offered £20 when i told him minimum £50 and pick me up and drop me back after..... Now Wayne McArthur's many kids are old enough to play instruments so he basically made himself a backing band with his d!ck! Gotta give him props for THAT! :) ....... anyway back to Dougie🤡💻💩🎧💶..... 1st Session Dougie's like "what do want? One drop? Stepper?" , he knocks up a beat on the QBase sequencer, Chazbo⛩ lays a Piano skank, verse then chorus, all MIDI, then Dougie selects the intro, verse and chorus, ..... He copy/pastes it until it's 4 minutes long and bang there's your Riddim! so i improvise a Bassline, Dougie said "play the 1st bit last and the last bit 1st if you know what i mean".... so i did that to Tape and then record Riddim Guitar, Dougie winds back the tape and i start working out some Lead Guitar licks , .... i noodle about trying to find a strong lick and hit an off note, Dougie stops the tape, i see he had the Red light on, He expects me to lay down Lead Guitar without even trying to find something to fit the song, He expects it to be so stock, formulaic, not even trying to find something strong and original and novel, just go with the same old safe stock licks..... this was not how i usually created Music, but in that time Dougie's aim was for a client to arrive at 10am and leave at 6pm with a finished song AND 2 Dub mixes, so you could do one session with Dougie🤡💻💩🎧💶 and you now had a record label..... this is why all Dougie's productions feature that stock, stuck in the blues-box pentatonic Lead Guitar, plus i think Dougie is a little scared of anything outside of his formula..... If you can really play, it kinda makes the rest of it , Dougie's part sound a bit sh!t, stiff, plastic, like there is this incredible Bassline and Guitar and the drums sound like they are from a christmas cracker :) .... The time issue was because Dougie had to be home by 6pm or his Missus would crack the whip.... One time Wayne🐍 was recording backing vocal and it clashed with the Lead vocal and i said this to Dougie as it was recording and he pointed to the clock..... so the failed clashing backing vocal stayed on the tune ....... again it's not how i make Music but then i realized that Dougie🤡💻💩🎧💶 was not really in the business of making Music, Dougie makes product, and if you can pump out more product, with lower overheads and if you can serve the market (rather than serve the MUSE) you got a business.... Dougie🤡💻💩🎧💶 is not in the Music Business, Dougie is in the record business, he makes records.... i am a VERY different animal, i make music and indulge in a quest to serve the muse, when it happens all is good, but you can never force it or it wont be true and is thus worthless..... Dougie🤡💻💩🎧💶 is in the record business, he makes records..... Those Sessions were something i did because i enjoyed the process to some degree, Chazbo⛩ is good company and a huge pothead like me, it was ME who named him 'Prince CHAZBO' which Dougie found hilarious and so it stuck..... at this time i was mentoring Likkle Dave Arrowsmith 🪳and he loved Chaz⛩ so i really pushed Wayne to bring Dave Arrowsmith🪳 along , "he can play some keyboards or melodica" i said and Wayne🐍 was like "we don't have time, we don't need him You and Dougie and Chaz⛩ is fine" but i pushed and insisted because i saw this as nothing for me, knew i probably wouldn't get paid so i wanted to at least gift likkle Dave Arrowsmith🪳 what was to him like a trip to disneyland,,,,,,........ Chaz⛩ wasn't there by chance so again i had to really push Dougie to let Dave Arrowsmith 🪳try a thing on the Piano, Dougie was like "who's this cnut? who said you could bring him?" he didn't SAY it but his face was not impressed that i brought along what was essentially a fan...... i didn't care , it was very unprofessional but i didn't respect Dougie🤡💻💩🎧💶 as a producer OR Wayne as a singer and i expected that Wayne🐍would try to screw me on the money so i may as well get something out of it, i get to bring my pupil Likkle Dave Arrowsmith 🪳along to his heroes, i was hoping Chaz would be there, that was when i said "where is prince Chazbo?" ..... Dougie got a good laugh out of that and i guess it stuck as after that day Chaz started using the Name 'Chazbo' and then 'Chazbo Chong'........ David, greetings from Miami,Fl. The title of this video called my attention, and also seeing it was posted 6 months ago, not too long ago. I hope all is goin well and just wanted to say thanks for sharing this.! I have dealt with Class A narcissistic people my whole life. I would like to say that through all your frustrations and bad stuff you experienced I think time and creative energies are never completely WASTED per say, you got to exercise some sort of discipline in that moment whether the environment around you was into it or not. I played in punk rock bands and gigged a bit(wasted time and substance abuse), nothing serious I guess you could say I am a hobbyist. I have always loved dub and have found ways to mix on little set ups. I consider myself an "Artist" but after realizing a personal pattern with myself and reggae, I wonder if what I consider myself falls on the cusp of narcissistic and egoistic, and a pattern for being "Lazy" , how you exactly described. The statement about Jazz and getting stoned I am split about but I am not a classically trained Jazz player nor have the skills, but am classically stoned ;). Any how thanks for reading and thanks for sharing. No effort is ever completely wasted.

Music can be ART, but much is made instead as THEATRE or FASHION.... it is also possible to do things ARTfully , even when not creating ART.... i think it is deceptive how Jamaican pop singers/rappers are called 'Artist', this was started by the people who SELL that PRODUCT to the population/herd.... it was a trick, a lie, a marketing strategy, like calling them 'Stars'.... hollywood chosen people started THAT little blasphemy..... The REAL Stars are not distant, they are conscious, and the LOVE us, but that is another topic....... The music i made was good quality but it is not how others experience my life or works that matter, it is MY experience of my life, and my experience is that while the music was good, i did not enjoy the process as too many idiot clown poser abusive pieces of excrement were involved and they benefitted greatly from association with me while i did not benefit from association with them...... there is a huge inbalance of energy transfer..... the music was good but it has been used by the worst liars and backstabbers and petty tyrant egomaniacs to advance their demented ego trip.i have e debt to pay to the universe and that will be done by speaking out loud and wide about what clowns and posers and pathetic desperate egotists the white rasta #EuroReggae coterie are ..... it is tedious for me to do but i helped evil get stringer so now i have to smash it down ...... and i do so in fine style

He copy/pastes it until it's 4 minutes long and bang there's your Riddim! so i improvise a Bassline, Dougie said "play the 1st bit last and the last bit 1st if you know what i mean".... so i did that to Tape and then record Riddim Guitar, Dougie winds back the tape and i start working out some Lead Guitar licks , .... i noodle about trying to find a strong lick and hit an off note, Dougie stops the tape, i see he had the Red light on, He expects me to lay down Lead Guitar without even trying to find something to fit the song, He expects it to be so stock, formulaic, not even trying to find something strong and original and novel, just go with the same old safe stock licks..... this was not how i usually created Music, but in that time Dougie's aim was for a client to arrive at 10am and leave at 6pm with a finished song AND 2 Dub mixes, so you could do one session with Dougie🤡💻💩🎧💶 and you now had a record label..... this is why all Dougie's productions feature that stock, stuck in the blues-box pentatonic Lead Guitar, plus i think Dougie is a little scared of anything outside of his formula..... If you can really play, it kinda makes the rest of it , Dougie's part sound a bit sh!t, stiff, plastic, like there is this incredible Bassline and Guitar and the drums sound like they are from a christmas cracker :) .... The time issue was because Dougie had to be home by 6pm or his Missus would crack the whip.... One time Wayne🐍 was recording backing vocal and it clashed with the Lead vocal and i said this to Dougie as it was recording and he pointed to the clock..... so the failed clashing backing vocal stayed on the tune ....... again it's not how i make Music but then i realized that Dougie🤡💻💩🎧💶 was not really in the business of making Music, Dougie makes product, and if you can pump out more product, with lower overheads and if you can serve the market (rather than serve the MUSE) you got a business.... Dougie🤡💻💩🎧💶 is not in the Music Business, Dougie is in the record business, he makes records.... i am a VERY different animal, i make music and indulge in a quest to serve the muse, when it happens all is good, but you can never force it or it wont be true and is thus worthless..... Those Sessions were something i did because i enjoyed the process to some degree, Chazbo⛩ is good company and a huge pothead like me, it was ME who named him 'Prince CHAZBO' which Dougie found hilarious and so it stuck..... at this time i was mentoring Likkle Dave Arrowsmith 🪳and he loved Chaz⛩ so i really pushed Wayne to bring Dave Arrowsmith🪳 along , "he can play some keyboards or melodica" i said and Wayne🐍 was like "we don't have time, we don't need him You and Dougie and Chaz⛩ is fine" but i pushed and insisted because i saw this as nothing for me, knew i probably wouldn't get paid so i wanted to at least gift likkle Dave Arrowsmith🪳 what was to him like a trip to disneyland,,,,,,........ Chaz⛩ wasn't there by chance so again i had to really push Dougie to let Dave Arrowsmith 🪳try a thing on the Piano, Dougie was like "who's this cnut? who said you could bring him?" he didn't SAY it but his face was not impressed that i brought along what was essentially a fan...... i didn't care , it was very unprofessional but i didn't respect Dougie🤡💻💩🎧💶 as a producer OR Wayne as a singer and i expected that Wayne🐍would try to screw me on the money so i may as well get something out of it, i get to bring my pupil Likkle Dave Arrowsmith 🪳along to his heroes, i was hoping Chaz would be there, that was when i said "where is prince Chazbo?" ..... Dougie got a good laugh out of that and i guess it stuck as after that day Chaz started using the Name 'Chazbo' and then 'Chazbo Chong'........
