Yes, it’s crazy. I think it’s because I exercise outside every day. I think that’s the biggest thing.

That’s awesome. I wish you all the joy that life can bring. I’d be curious to know what your typical diet consists of too. I’m guessing you limit red meat if at all. God bless.

I try to eat a low carb diet. I also don’t eat much meat at all.

I had the same issue. Never got sick. Until now. I got diagnoses with a muscular disease.
