taking commissions is so hard especially if you are a slow drawer, i just cant help but feel like im taking too long on making it perfect and end up doing all nighters to make the deadline ;-; what helps for me is to have rewards for every milestone as motivation like having a snack after finishing a sketch

WHY THIS APPEARED 'WHEN' I REALLY PLANNING TO DO AN ART COMMISION. 😭 Yeah. I agree with your reasons, and for me it''s just weird for me to charge an art I created. Eventho, it is just my OC or OC of friends' portrait it has emotion and whatever feeling I had. It just doesn't click right... But, also money sometime also tight and one of reason I could do for 'sidejob' is commission. :(
