You can kill any Gym day by eating too much, you are what you eat, just need a calorie deficit. Different things for different people, but most just want something filling so they don't feel hungry/what they are feeling isn't hunger but the body processing the food, and most people just need to have more water.

Snap On square drive stud extractors are the only type I haven’t broken and even used a 24” Breaker Bar on them, expensive but definitely worth the money 💰💯

I just had to deal with getting an extractor out on a compactor but same same if you get a dremmel and a bunch of dimond/ gold colored metal bits and grind all around the ez out it’ll come out

For what its worth, a stock sr20 makes roughly 200-240hp stock. That 180 should be around 300ish with how simple it is

There’s so many ways you can make a T56 better will it not be notchy NEVER but you won’t miss gears or have shift issues like you did! I hope it’s good but for power level and torque you have and maybe will gain it won’t hang! Let’s cam it and do heads can do it all in the car I’ll do it at your shop 😊

Ruddy you wanna have as much protein as you need for your target weight. You can also get more protein with less calories from other sources. Try to hit about 1850 every day. Calories are king. Get more protein for your calories from chicken breast or lean steak!

Your not gaining much muscle at 1850 cal doesn't matter how much protein you get. you can build a shit ton of strength though. you need more calories for muscle. 14 years ago when I was power lifting and couldn't afford much food I was eating between 1600-1900 day focused on protein. Did true keto ,intermitted fasting all that shit before it because popular . I was able to bench 500lb easy and curl 100lb dumbbells for 5 rep and dead lift 800lbs. My body never grew pass having 15" arms and a 42" chest and couldnt get pass 185lb. I lost all my gains after I fell into a depression. I now bench 325lb curl 60lb dumbells deadlift 500lb. 16.5" arms and 48" chest at 208lb while eating 2500. When I was eating 3500 I was 230 with 17" arms 49" chest

For the gs300 should chuck a handbrake in it from a sc300 the footbrakes r ass haha could keep it auto with the handbrake from the sc300 or even manual convert it but yeah definitely that handbrake, was something I was looking at for my first one before I blew two transmissions n sold the whoel car for $800nz its now a dedicated skid car second one i just flipped off rq gotta get that handbrake im sure some others will work but yeah sc300 do that ik of 👌
