The huge plus of Russian laws and bureaucracy is that its all federal. So once you get a driver license, you are not required to exchange it if moving in another region. There is one tax code, one criminal code, one civil code for all the country, so you just cannot discover new laws and rules in each municipality, like in the USA, where each state has its traffic rules and so on.

Interesting observation. There could be some small tax differences in Russian regions (mostly good ones, like "in this region you can have 1% tax for small IT business instead of usual 6%"), but 90% of the rules really important for usual citizen are federal and unified.

@@ivandemko3360 In 2014 there was a coup. Soon after, there was a massacre in Odessa (dozens of people were burned alive). Ethnic Russians living in Ukraine were treated as subhuman. Their language and culture was being oppressed. A civil war broke out due to the rise in ethnic tensions. For 8 years the Ukrainian military was indiscriminately shelling civilians living in Donbas. If Zelensky honored the Minsk agreement and pledged neutrality, none of this would have happened. The 8 year civil war would have ended and Donbas would have remained part of Ukraine. War is the ultimate failure of diplomacy. Zelensky, Poroshenko, Merkel and Hollande admitted that Ukraine had no intention to honor the Minsk agreements. Who didn't want peace? Who advised against the 2022 peace talks in April? Hint: someone visited Zelensky in Kiev at that time Russia's national security was compromised once NATO began to expand eastwards. Russia clearly stated that Ukraine joining NATO was a red line (November 2021) and unfortunately this concern was never taken seriously. The Russians openly stated: if nothing changes, we will be forced to act in order to defend our national security. Enhancing the national security of one country at the expense of another is unacceptable. The Russians have legitimate security concerns. 20th September, 2021. Ukraine launched military drills with US and NATO NATO is not a defensive alliance. NATO illegally bombed Yugoslavia (a direct violation of the U.N. Charter). We should never forget what they did to Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq etc. Who blew up the pipeline causing an environmental disaster? Zelensky banned all opposition and arrested a leading priest. Zelensky tried to invoke article 5 under false pretenses. Remember the incident in Poland. Ethnic Russians living in Ukraine were treated as subhuman. Their language and culture was being oppressed. Poroshenko said, “Our children will go to schools and kindergartens-theirs will hide in the basements”. Russians will never forget the 2014 Odessa massacre. The whole world needs to know about it. Why was Denis Kireev eliminated? He was a member of Ukraine's negotiating team during the peace negotiations. He wanted to help his country. Ukraine has a hit list. They target artists, journalists and ordinary citizens. Hundreds of children are on this list. 13 year old Faina Savenkova was placed on this list. Pink Floyd's Roger Waters is on this list. Jimmy Dore (American stand-up comedian, podcaster) and Aaron Maté (Canadian writer and journalist) are on this list. There is evidence that Ukrainian troops have been indiscriminately shelling civilians in Donbas (they used petal mines and targeted areas where there was no military presence). The azov troops trapped in the azovstal steelworks in Mariupol used human shields. They refused to allow civilians to leave despite of humanitarian corridors being present. Russia held a proposed cease fire in order for the civilians to leave, but azov would not allow the civilians to leave. Ukraine has committed many acts of terrorism (car bombs and other forms of assassination). Darya Dugina (journalist) R.I.P. The first terrorist attack on the Kerch bridge killed the truck driver and the individuals in the adjacent car (innocent civilian victims). The second terrorist attack on the Kerch bridge killed two parents and severely injured their young daughter. I have done a lot of research and it took me a long time to write this comment. I have stated a lot of facts and I have given my honest opinion. I have provided a brief summary of events that took place. In order to explain this whole situation in great detail, a book would need to be written. Hopefully someone will write an UNBIASED book, stating facts and allowing the readers to form their own judgments. Everything I said can be fact checked and verified.

With Russia, everything is complicated, my friend. There is a lot of good and bad. Much still needs to be eradicated there. Much of what is said in the Western media is too exaggerated. But mostly based on facts. The main thing is that Russia has fascism, my friend. An aggressive imperialist fascist regime. A small man can live under authoritarianism. Both in Russia and in China. If you don’t do some things. Even with such a government in Russia, you can live and live well and pleasantly. Personally, I prefer to live either in Russia or in Ukraine (another Russian country). It’s better with Ukraine, they want to live under democracy and understand many things that many in Russia don’t want to understand. With Russia, everything is complicated for now.. (

@@blackcat2628zd And what path should they have chosen? ;) They didn't have much of a choice. Total reflexivity. Putin did something, they responded, trying to preserve at least some relative independence and their choice of democracy, made back in the 90s. Inevitably falling into increasing dependence on the West (where Putin unwittingly pushed them), but this is the lesser of two evils. As is known, with Mr. Putin's rise to power in Russia and the establishment of his dictatorship there, the rebellious Chechnya was taken under control (Putin's first war). After which Putin turned his gaze to Ukraine. And decided to return Ukraine under his control. To put it in a stall. It is interesting to observe how Ukraine successfully wriggled out of it and resisted Mr. Putin, who has the resources of a huge country behind him. Economic and gas wars, diplomatic and political pressure, bribery and Kremlin agents of influence in Ukraine, and Kremlin propaganda (anti-Ukrainian and pro-Kremlin) did not help. Even the limited war with Russia in 2014-15 did not break Ukraine, Ukrainian society and Ukrainian elites. Just as a similar war broke Georgia at the time (which, out of fear, lay down under Putin). And even a full-scale invasion in 2022 (a war that Europe has not known since the Second World War) did not bring the Ukrainians to their knees. They are surprisingly successfully resisting, having lost only a few territories. Hats off. The Americans at the beginning of the war (in 2022) were sure that Ukraine would lose within a month. And they were very surprised by the result. xD ---------------------- А какой путь они должны были выбрать?

I don´t know what is your military education but a full-scale invasion looks a bit different. And it would be over within hours. The Ukrainians are holding on because they have to. They are receiving more and more weapons and reassurance that they can do it. But they can´t. This is not their war.

Ada Colau "allowed" the conversion of apartments into narcotic centers where drug addicts and drug dealers exchange goods also known as NARCO PISOS, Shoplifting and pickpocket was no longer a crime up to 400€ which only required a small fine. The criminals paid the fines and continued their crimes. Apartment squatters (OCUPAS) became protected persons which prevented owners from evicting the squatters FOR 2 YEARS which turned the apartment into NARCO pisos. Could you open that world of american diplomats more in some video? As far as I can see, we have war in Ukraine because US went to Ukraine, promoted regime change there (it happend 2014), and US didn't support peaceful solution to tensions that followed. It is possible that US intentionally wanted draw Russia to war in Ukraine in order to weaken Russia and promote regime change also there. MSM in the west tells that Putin is guilty, but if you study more you see that US has had central role in events leading to the war and in ruining early peace. Russia did 2/2022 just pre-emptive strike. It wouldn't have been first time when US has wanted to hurt Russia in war. It has done so at least in Soviet-Afgan War and in Second Chechen War. Although you didn't became diplomat you can still do something to fix the world exposing what is the truth. US has done a lot of bad things in the world and it is still lying and acting like insane. A regime change in Russia that would make lives of Russians even worse and put them in a deeper state of injustice against the Ukrainians who started all of this to begin with. If you know how USA was extracting resources from Russia in the 90's, they just want to continue that, and for that they need weak Russia. Dividing it into separate countries is something they desire even more, as it is even easier to rule over the divided people, and before that they were going to first completely remove Russia's nukes. I don't normally watch introductory videos like this, but I thought I would give this one a shot because I, although not Russian, am Slavic (Serbia) I was born in Serbia and came to the US when I was 3. I never gave my Eastern European roots much consideration, at least not until certain key events in European history during the late '90s and early 2,000's. Even though the US and its nato bloc slave states provoked, and then directly intervened in Serbia/Montenegro causing untold devastation and loss of life, I was able to let that transgression go, because after all, I am also an American and a Patriot. Then 1999 war came where the US plus the 29 other most wealthy and militarized nations on earth (i.e. nato) got together to attack my birth country and to steal about 40% of our territory. with this stolen territory, the US would invent a nation that never before in the history of the world has existed; Kosovo. fine. 2014 comes and I get to witness the US and its slave states (the cold war era nato-bloc countries) overthrow the democratically elected government of Ukraine in order to install their own extremist (nazi) leader. this american puppet President in Ukraine would go on to slaughter nearly 60,000 innocent civilians in Eastern Ukraine. he would then quickly move to ban the Russian language. speaking Russian in public would land you in prison amongst many other xenophobic, bigoted, and racist laws all geared to attack and destroy Russian culture and the lives of the ethnic Russian majority of Ukraine. 2022, February. Biden declares that it's Ukraine's right to join NATO and if the United States wants to place nuclear weapons on the territory of any NATO member including Ukraine, then it is their right to do so... this violates a whole slew of international laws and completely violates the UN charter. what the US and their nato-bloc slave states are wanting to do with Ukraine is illegal. February 24th, 2022 Russia declares a special military operation and a limited incursion into Ukraine in order to liberate the ethnic Russian people from the dictatorial and fanatical grip of the American puppet government in Kiev. Bravo 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 however the sad part is is that none of this was ever necessary. American hubris is the reason there are now around 1 million dead ukrainians that never even wanted to fight this war, and 1/15 that amount in Russian deaths (50K) to you, my Orthodox friend and brother, I wish you the best. I pray for your nation, the Eastern Orthodox Church and all of its national branches and for all the brave souls Fighting in this awful conflict that was forced upon the Russian Federation and her people, In Jesus name Amen. ☦️☦️☦️

This is entrepreneurial diplomacy - following a dearth of diplomatic truths, honesty/reality/truth is extremely valuable. The truth is that Russia is not the enemy of America, but shares many similarities of America at its founding, rugged individuality being an example. The reality not mentioned herein is that the debt based economic order is cracking and is obviously not sustainable.

Hello to a fellow American from Moscow! I think literally yesterday I've seen a video from an English-speaking guy who (very likely) honestly tried to make a neutral analysis of the current tensions between the blocs of Western and BRICS nations. But I think he failed when he started speaking of Africa. Imagine this. He said that average public debt to GDP ratio on the continent is 60%. And the total debt of all countries of Africa amounts to "staggering" 1.8 trillion $. Knowing that same let's say Japan has 7 trillion $ debt and about 230% debt to GDP ratio, USA had 34 trillion debt and rougly about 110% debt to GDP ratio, I felt... I don't know... confused. THERE'S A FREAKING WHITE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM! People, what's wrong with you?? U can see this elephant in all the UN, WB, IMF stats! Just pay enough attention!

Russia is an authoritarian country sick with imperialism. And an enemy of the existing world order established after the Second World War. An enemy of the UN and its charter. An enemy of the USA and the European Union, Japan and other developed countries that are trying to preserve this world order. P.S. I am Russian from Russia.

PS. My American hubby whom I took to Russia experienced Russian sauna + jumping into icy river water. That was an incredible life experience ))) imagine American who speaks no Russian in a company of 6 Russian men who don’t speak English ))) but vodka shots later and no language barrier … I mean at all 😅😅😅

Partially (and to the great extent) it's true, since Moscow is a country inside another one u knw. At the same time, I guess, people from another part of Russia, specifically Far East, say Vladivostok, they don't even know wtf is Moscow 😂 I was born and raised in Moscow, and never been to distant places of Russia, only St. Pete and Moscow's satellite cities. Also, there's a couple of million+ population cities in Siberia 💪 and in the end of the day, Moscow is Russia, hence Russia's agenda, and "core principles", policy, etc.is Russian. There's plenty of beauty hidden at the outskirts of the country, just really difficult and expensive to reach, because of the lack of infrastructure in a broad sense. Anyways, 🕊️✌️

If you're coming from New York or Chicago etc the winter is not going to be surprising at all. Very similar. In my experience as a Russian who lived in New York for 13 years, New York winter was harder for me to deal with than winter in Moscow because of the wind from the ocean and humidity in New York. That wind goes straight to your bones. 10 degrees Fahrenheit in Moscow and in New York feel VERY different, New York one feeling 10 times colder and uncomfortable. Russian winter is much softer to me because it's not humid and there is no ocean nearby🤷. Also flying 48 hours is a bit of a stretch I think. My flying experience with a layover (when it's not too long) is always about 20-24 hours. Time difference adds to it (+7 hours) but those hours you don't really travel, they just add on
