I started my first business in the shopping center right behind you, I would defiantly check with the city of Scottsdale about painting the building because they are so strict when it comes to signage and building colors. It was always a nightmare trying to get anything approved! (You might technically be controlled by Phoenix not Scottsdale because we always had to collect phoenix tax because everything on the west side of Scottsdale rd. was controlled by Phoenix)

Be careful when leaving your house in freezing temperatures for long periods of time. When the water is not running for a while, it can freeze much easier and you may come back to frozen/broken pipes.
