The flooding happens because of the dry soil. It has nothing to do with sewers. Soil that is dry will not absorb water as quickly as soil that gets regular rainfall. Thank you for this video. I am moving to San Antonio soon.

Been living in San Antonio for 25 years downtown there’s tons of bikers and scooters and motorcycles!!! Especially near the Riverwalk YES YES AND YES THE SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY IS AMAZING HERE COMPARED TO OTHER STATES I GREW UP IN SUBURBS OF Detroit and man compared to there hospitality is great!!

Bless you 😊 lol thanks for sharing. My family and I are moving to San Antonio in July from NYC. I know what you mean about the Chinese food. I been to Boston a few times and the Chinese food is the same like NYC. But Chinese food on the west side is different.

What do you think of Austin? Me I love it except for the traffic, I feel San Antonio has more of a small town feel than Austin does.

Is San Antonio really buggy? Like... Does a lot of the apartments or houses have issues with roaches, mosquitoes, spiders etc?

I'm DR n PR been here 21 years moved from NY. Only Carribean food I could find out here for the longest time was La Marginal now there are more food trucks that serve Caribbean food. For me to get DR food I go to Houston ... there are a few restaurants out there.

San Antonio is a retirement town. There are plenty of black people there and lots of family friendly things to do. 😊

I have been living here all my life people from out of state are driving the housing prices for people that live here 😤

Everyone is misinformed. That is what these big corporations are wanting people to believe but it’s actually big corporations that are driving the real estate prices up in every city. Especially foreign owned tech companies. They are buying out properties in low cost cities then renting them out for high prices while at the same time being slumlords. They are also flipping houses for over the top prices. Once local realtors see these numbers they then encourage their clients to price their homes for similar prices because they believe that is the market trend. Don’t fall for the lie that it’s people moving in from other states that are driving the prices up. If you look at cities that have nothing going for them you will see the same trends and when you look at the properties for rent or sale in almost every state you will see they are owned by the same companies. Rent progress, first key, progressive rent, Darwin, ect. There are a bunch more and several that are the same under different names.

Yes I never lost my dominican accent so I think that why I never caught the new england one
