Why I NEVER make full armor sets in MONSTER HUNTER

Playin monster hunter for the 7th time now. This time I decide to actually make an armor set (thanks to all of y'all complaining in the comments last time). Also enjoy a Gravios and Valstrax cameo.
This is why I don't make armor sets.

Fun fact those monsters stuck in the webs at 11:25 are gypceros that were tied up by nerscylla. Nerscylla will kill gypceros and wear their skin on her back.

If you are looking for a weapon with little to no down time I recommend charge blade

@@CyberBoy7703 That was actually the first weapon I tried in this game (I was a charge blade main in Rise), but I didn’t really like it too much. Maybe I’ll pick it up again tho…

@@dwainedwards615 It has a bit of a steep learning curve but when it finally clicks, it clicks. I’d recommend it if you’re willing to give it some time.

If you don't feel rewarded for making a full armor set why play it, plus you usually need a full armor set to activate skills this aint world or rise with the horrible skill point system, but later on if you have decent talismans then mix sets are possible

I dont think the point system was THAT bad but ye the older way did make making armor sets more rewarding

Mixed sets are the absolute kings of G rank in mhgu, XR armours give you very good points per armor pieces, coupled with good charms and more importantly jewels you can make crazy sets that full sets would never allow you. Even déviants full Armor sets at maxed level don't go as hard as mixed sets. Some are good like silver wing and dread king though

@@CyberBoy7703 I think what Wilds is doing is a good mix of old and new with the set bonus (tho as long as the monster is the same type, you still get the set bonus with mix sets).

Dont go whining about paintballs, if you feel some type of way about them go play rise then, since it's so annoying

You can like a game and not like parts of it. Tracking sucks in all monster hunter game world has the trail finding which is the closest to actual tracking but scout flies are annoying rise just deleted tracking which is horrible and paintballs suck from a certain perspective is cool to be like remember to bring paintball so we don’t lose track but they don’t make sense how does paint open your third eye and allow you to know exactly where the monster is, does the hunter have a gps or something.

The paint ball feature is only in old gen though (seems to be semi back in Wilds) and I do think it was very annoying to constantly use them especially in mh4u where resources are scarce. I don’t like this gate keeping if you don’t like it don’t play it, there’s things I love that MHGU does better than rise and there are things Rise has that I like more than MHGU
