Hey Strad.. I bought a house by myself at 24 years old. Worst decision of my life. It has nickel and dimed me to death with maintenance and all the bills. Its worth more then I paid, but has taken over 10 years to do so. It basically ruined my 20's by keeping me nailed down to a job I had to stay at to pay for it and working on it, when I should have been exploring life. Its fun to say you own a house when your 24 and your friends live in apartments or with parents, but thats about the only benefit. Had I invested that money in business I would have been able to buy a house later and have a business of my own to pay for it. If you are going to flip a house then by all means good luck but a house should be treated like dessert, it comes after the meat and potatoes. Your doing exactly the right thing Strad. Furthermore I wouldn't start a car dealer either, I work for car dealerships for a living, its a nightmare business. Focus on a business that doesnt require brick and mortar and a temperamental auto market. With youtube or internet sales you can continue to travel and explore the world on your own schedule while money rolls in, your already so close to real freedom man! Just my .02 from a working man thats learned a thing or two.............................

I'm 19, saving to buy a house. I have a solid job will be making 100k+ mid to late 20s. I agree with Strads decision, the risk paid out. The rent he pays is probably paid by the ad in this video 30s of work. But in my case, single no kids good job, I'm buying a house and renting out the rooms, so I'll be paying maybe a few hundred/mo after utilities and everything. I've also helped my parent renovate multiple houses throughout my life (we moved around a lot) so I know how to fix pretty much anything so maintaining the house wouldn't be hard. When I receive my raises I plan to refinance the house for a lower payment and rent it out for 4-500 profit and buy another house and repeat. If I get married and have kids, I'll have the dual income to buy another house. Eventually I'll have multiple houses being paid off while giving me 4-500 a month each. Also my job has a savings plan that they match up to 8k/yr, it also pays 8%/yr so that's maxed out, I'll be able to retire in my 40s with about 1m able to be withdrawn/invested (don't have to wait like a Roth ira, which will also be maxed out for my old man money). I believe the way to get rich is to take advantage of the freebies and invest!

Just remember youll be working for the man which you will get sick of, youll have room mates youll get sick of, youll be responsible for the maintenance on a rental house which the value of will fluctuate depending on the economy, and your 100k wil be heavily taxed and wont be as much as you think. If you rented a cheap apartment or stayed with a friend, took that money your saving and bought or built a business, or a house to flip you could make a much bigger return on your money. If you are going to put lights on your Jeep, get an SPOD they are amazing and make it so easy when it comes to adding lights to your Jeep. Comes pre-wired with fuses and relays and only took me about 45 min to install and allows me to control the light from my phone as well as the switch on the inside of the Jeep. No drilling or cutting needed.

Tallen Clark - dealer ship price is around that. which no one in their right mind would buy one for that price. like I said, $60,000 on a good day (in other words) never going to happen.
