I totally agree with going with real estate. Getting perhaps a triplex or a duplex and renting all the units to Airbnb. You can literally be completely financially independent even without KZbin. Seeing the spare tire on the jeep. Reminds me of the time a shop I was working at there was a special jeep that came in. It was an Icon Vehicle Dynamics Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. The spare was on the vehicle, but the one that had a flat was on the back and it was toast. Like really the beadlock on the tire Stradman has paled in comparison. The tire was shredded in strips on the sidewall. It was a fun supercharged jeep with custom goodies on it.
