I like your video. I let things get out of hand for many years a long time ago. My self esteem was stripped away. I'm still recovering. I can see what you mean. It's really called mental abuse. Once you feel like you're losing control it's best to stay alone. I learned later on they didn't love me anyway. They told me. I learned very late.

Comfort zones should be more about stability than easiness. Understanding which situations work best for you & which ones don’t is also good for development.
