So, I quit drinking (for a month). I highly prioritize maintaining my health and well being, so during this time, I gained some extra helpful skills that made my dry January a bit easier. I still use a lot of these skills today and I wanted to share them with you!
I've always worked out, lifted, ran, eaten healthy, and just overall kept up with my physical health. Slowing down my drinking habits has also added to the list of ways I maintain my general health. However, as always, if you feel like you may have a drinking problem, please seek professional help. There's no shame in quitting if you think it's an issue for you.
