Nicole, thank you!! I have learned so much from your book and videos. You mentioned here that you do potatoes in the ground. Is there a reason you opt not to do those in the raised garden? And also I was thinking Carrots. Would both Carrots and potatoes work in raised garden beds? Pros or cons?

Would another reason be safety? I’m thinking about the unknown safety of your soil and water quality in whatever town or city you live in. Having a raised bed gives you control over the soil and water quality. Would you agree?
