🎯💯 I'm a native as well. I've also been a real estate agent for almost 14 years. I live right around the corner from the Icon. The Icon is HOOD! The hallways look like the ghetto. I wouldn't even trust walking in the stairway at night actually. When it comes to renting houses, I can't tell you how many people I've met that have been scammed out of thousands thinking they were renting a home, just to have the sheriff come knocking on the door telling them they are trespassing. You can't even trust the houses you see on Zillow here in SCAMlanta. People really think they be calling real estate companies or real estate agents. 🤦🏾♀️ SCAMlanta is full of scammers. I have moved people down here that left a year later. People think they be coming to Waconda expecting a loving black Mecca. SIKE!!! 🤣🤣🤣 There is NO LOVE amongst blk people here. The scammers, k1llers and robbers are blk. All of those car break-ins in black neighborhoods and blk Apartments be from Blk people. And it be the people that see you regularly. I've had a next-door neighbor have his friend steal a package from in front of my door. I don't EVER get anything since to my place downtown. I did an exchange with Amazon and they use this address as a default instead of the Amazon Locker I use. I watched it the next morning on my ring doorbell because my package was shown as delivered. I actually saw the guy in person when it happened walk down the steps with my box. I had just pulled up and was sitting in my car on the phone. I just didn't know it came from my place. I was able to see exactly what happened from two different angles. From the parking lot in my front door. My next door neighbor literally spoke to me the next morning. I didn't report it because if I did, I could face repercussion. I didn't want to risk coming outside and my windows being busted so I let it slide. I had to speak to this fool when he spoke to me knowing he stole from me. And not only do you have to deal with the scammers, k1llers, and robbers, the customer service absolutely sucks no matter where you are. Don't forget Keith Lee. Out of all of the Cities he goes to, he got ran out of Atlanta. When businesses fail in customer service here, they get pissed with you for actually saying something. And it's a 50-50 chance you actually get an apology. Or maybe 70/30 to be more accurate. Every place I'm talking about is all ran by blk people. This is not Outkast and Goodie Mob Atl. I'm leaving here soon as my son goes to college. I hate it here now! A lot of other ATL natives are ready to leave too. The Atlanta vibe in essence is gone. Is more out-of-towner than natives. It's like a bootleg New York now.

I've met beautiful women from USA, South Africa, Korea, Jamaica, Haiti etc. You can fly almost everywhere in the world (nonstop) from the airport. And,home prices are raising but still reasonable(in the suburbs). You just have to do your research, make good decisions, stay in your lane and don't get caught up in the hype.
