New to the channel but u spoke of stomach issues…I have a sharp curve in my colon but also diagnosed with IBS. I’ve been told anxiety might be behind them. Did it help you cope with the pain??

Hey Jose! Zoloft played a role in reducing my anxiety and therefore reduced my stomachaches in general. I had less of them between taking the medication, and more so, doing a lot of the inner work to understand and move through my anxiety in healthy ways. I hope this helps!

Mmm I had smaller anxiety attacks, but not panic attacks

why don't you switch anyones journey to everyones journey, seems you think that this is not a a solution for someone else "Although I do not view medication, Zoloft, as a necessary part of anyone's journey" There might be others who benefit from Zoloft
