I was addicted, I don’t know why. I didn’t get ANY of the benefits, like it didn’t wake me up, give me energy, nothing. Now tea and water and I’m totally fine!

Tea still has caffeine in it. Actually moreso than coffee. You’re not doing yourself any favors by substituting tea for coffee.

6 years for me! Good decision!! I just learned it can cause hair loss because it is putting so much pressure on the adrenals!

@@Kansoi-07 Well cocoa is also a stimulant and has the same effect on the adrenals... look up medical medium info on adrenal fatigue

Yes it caused me Hairloss. Went 95% bald. Used to drink coffee 3 times a day. I stopped drinking coffee & after a month my hair started growing again. My head is full of hair. I was shocked how coffee made me almost bald.

Wow, you definitely have a sensitivity to caffeine. And you didn't even mention how it stains your teeth and is very acidic. I love coffee, but I want to drastically cut it down to a once in a blue moon type of habit. Thank you for posting this. The part about not absorbing nutrients well, is enough to help me quit.

I’m the same exact way! I have a caffeine sensitivity but I LOVE iced coffee so I deal with and it never occurred to me until earlier this year that I could just get decaf iced coffee’s 🤦🏽♀️😂😂😂 so now I order decaf when I go out or make it at home. Now that’s it’s pumpkin spice season I gotta have it! 😂 also certain foods trigger it like Chinese food makes my heart beat fast idk why though. 🤷🏽♀️

ya i have a sensitivity to coffee too So i only have lattes and when i can i have them half decaf but i can't just drink coffee straight I LOVE tea though I am 100% addicted and i am ok with that :P

Wow I wish caffeine had some sort of effect on me, for some reason, it does nothing for me at all!! Same with alcohol and weed haha, hardly any effect on me :( Think I metabolise things too fast

the problem with coffee is that it's a stimulant, to which it has both perks & cons but at the end of the day shouldn't be consumed by everyone nor should it be consumed daily

Damn I have all the same shit except for I’m way more insane lol I don’t know why I waited til I was 28 to cut caffeine. It’s crazy how something so commonly used causes so many withdrawal symptoms. I had headaches fatigue and horrible brain fog. I took a nap at lunch 2 days in a row lol I was literally wiped of all energy

Thankfully, I never got into drinking coffee. I never really liked it. I just drink water when I wake up, and I actually don't even eat breakfast, always skip it.

Coffee makes you lose appetite, isn't that a good idea if you want to lose weight sorta healthy
