Hi Nhi, I live in South Africa. The sun is always shining here and there is always the risk of developing skin cancer if you have a light skin. I developed a growth on the lower eye lid of my right eye. I do not know if it is cancer or just a benign growth but I went on a high nutrition diet for about two months and the growth have shrunk noticeably. I would like to share the diet with you. The soup Ingredients: - two handfuls of Chopped broccoli, one chopped onion (purple), two bags of green tea, two pinches of mixed herbs, two sticks of cut celery, Two handfuls of frozen and crushed spinach or kale, half a table spoon of crushed garlic, Three shakes of black pepper, seven shakes of turmeric, two tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), one bag of white onion powder soup for flavour, a hand full of cooked red speckled beans and a handful of cooked mince meat. Just add all the ingredients in a pot, add boiling water and switch the stove on high till the water boils. Then lower the heat until the water simmer, Let the soup simmer for an hour. The soup is now ready. I would only drink water in the morning. At 12h00 I would start eating the soup. There will be about two helpings that you can eat in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. I also ate a fruit salad every day in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. (Note: Apparently turmeric reduces the effect of some chemotherapy drugs and thus should not be taken during chemotherapy.) During the rest of the week I would also eat food that contains vitamin D like avocado’s, mushrooms, liver and eggs in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. It seems to be working for me, maybe it will also work for you. I pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ that you will be healed. Amen. I would also like to share the following five videos with you about salvation and two videos about evolution: Evolution vs. God kzbin.info/www/bejne/q5TCiGyMqd99ZqM DESTROYING Evolution In Under 3 Minutes kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYjIlIOtp7apaMU Watch the Holy Spirit Work in Her Heart (Very Moving) kzbin.info/www/bejne/n3OooHxoqpuef6s Fearing The Lord, God’s Discipline & Sharing The Gospel kzbin.info/www/bejne/mna2ZoqNa5uAqNE A Clear Gospel Presentation by Pastor Steven Anderson - How to go to Heaven kzbin.info/www/bejne/f4moloCNeN2sqLM The Plan of Salvation kzbin.info/www/bejne/hp7OmYWDhdunlZI How to Get Saved kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5u6lZ6rq9eHbNU Best regards Chris “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life”. This is how I deal with pain as a person suffered from a chronic condition: I consider pain or any sensation you feel in your body like itch/ tingling ect. are signals from your body to let you know that it is working on this particular problem, so when I got these signals, I'd make a distant from them in my mind (helps lessen the suffering) and observe them, focusing on the sharpest point of the pain, then somehow I would feel the pain vanish or moving to another place, making me feel like my body have healed that part and move on to another part. Hope this help, best wishes❤

You are doing amazing! I’m a fellow survivor. Immunotherapy plus keto got me to NED. I also used repurposed things. I did light therapy to get maximum vitamin D. All these things work synergistically. There is a big learning curve to staying in ketosis. Get your electrolytes checked. You will likely need to supplement sodium to avoid keto flu. Fat intake is needed before or with meals or your body will use protein to make glucose. Try to get complete protein like in egg yolks or meat. Incomplete proteins like in plants or the keto bread will create a lot of glucose. MCT oil has to be very slowly introduced. Some people have less GI symptoms with MCT powder. I wouldn’t recommend MCT oil until you are fat adapted. The net carbs in keto snacks is often misleading or a lie. Coffee with heavy cream, a little monk fruit extract, and coco is my favorite way to load up on fat.
@NhiTranLee

Thanks for all the advice! Sucks because I developed an allergy to add and I’m lactose intolerant so I have to stay away from dairy. I will def take into account all the things you’ve said. I’m soooo happy for you that you are NED!! You’re an inspiration 💛

@@NhiTranLee Thank you for sharing your journey. It will help a lot of people to see how to implement a keto protocol. Coconut cream is the way to go if you can’t have heavy cream in your coffee. This clinical trial will give us a very good idea of the ideal path forward. Intermittent vs continuous scheduling and keto vs BHB supplements. classic.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT05119010 I also recommend getting a intercellular micronutrient test from SpectraCell laboratories. They will culture your lymphocytes and determine what nutrients they need for optimal function.

I tend to limit my saturated fats based on a test I did called the nutrition genome report that my naturopath ordered, I have seen some others be successful eating a carnivore diet. I think the key is really listening to your body and seeing how the food makes you feel and get some labs to measure if you can.

I'd send you a MedCline if I could! It's the only way I can sleep on my back, and I swear it's like sleeping on lemon sponge cake. 😂 I hope your comfort level goes up day by day, and my prayers are with you that the keto is kicking the cancer's a**!

Awwww that’s so sweet. I actually like sleeping on very firm mattresses and thank goodness I don’t usually have chronic pain. Yes I plan to kick cancers butt!

Yes I do but not nearly as much as before. I do other types of meditations though and pray. Always gotta make sure to have that time to calm the mind.

Why keto? I'm confused by this approach. Sorry to hear you are so unwell!

I explained it my radiation and keto diet video. The gist of it is that there is some evidence the diet can help with radiation effects. It’s part of the metabolic therapy for cancer.

Does radiation lower your white cell count? If so, that means your immune system is weakened and you are susceptible to infection. I'm not surprised you feel poorly. Should anyone with symptoms of a cold or infection be getting radiation treatment?

Yes it does do that although I did get sick before the radiation started so the side effects were just compounded.

Yes I have heard of that. We eat a lot of that in Vietnam and I know it can be used for cancer.

People are often sick because of lack of proteins in today "western diet" or "SAD" diet. And low fat diet, same case. Do carnivore diet, lot of fat meat, escpecially beef meat. Its not only about ketones and fasting, both super things, its about proper diet for your body. You are super lean, your body needs FAT. So carnivore diet, naturally high protein, high fat (fatty meat) and low sugars (metabolic ketosis). All in one. Proteins from meat are at least 3 times more digestible then from whatever in plants world, fiber can take out lot of good stuff from body with. Fiber have terrible digestibility. Animal FAT will give you long lasting energy, minerals and vitamins. Again, All in one.

It's so, so, ALL about Jesus. ROMANS 8:18. "For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. ROMANS 3:23. " For ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God. EPHESIANS 2: 8-9. For by grace you have been saved through faith,( FAITH IN JESUS ALONE, DYING ON THAT HORRIBLE CROSS, TO PAY THE DEBT WE ALL OWE AND COULD NEVER PAY) AND THAT NOT OF YOURSELVES, IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD, NOT OF WORKS, LEST ANYONE SHOULD BOAST." REPENT OF YOUR SINS, (STOP THEM), AND PUT ALL YOUR TRUST IN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, AND YOU WILL BE SAVED!!!!!!!❤

@@NhiTranLee You have been a big help to me, reminding me to keep my glucose levels low and work on fasting. At 77, realistically I can't no longer measure my life expectancy in decades, but rather in years. Thank you and hope for the best for you.

@@NhiTranLee I live not far from Little Saigon in Orange county. A girl friend took me there many years ago. I quickly found that Vietnamese cuisine is by far the healthiest food I have ever had (been in 18 different countries). Maybe if I can get there more often I might be able to add some more years 😀😀.

@@drakepassage4255 my siblings live in the area but I haven’t had a chance to visit in a while since I moved to GA. I was living in the Bay Area before so came to visit much more often. Yes Vietnamese food can be very healthy but we do eat a lot of rice and noodles which I’ve had to stop so I miss it sometimes.
