I couldn’t agree more, comparing to Carson and other streamers it’s for me more fun seeing videos based on KZbin then a 3 hour stream. One of the reasons I’ve been watching Carson less is not because i don’t find him funny, but because Quality of the videos have dropped and I understand it is impossible to edit 3 hours of a stream and as a small content created who does text for all my videos it’s a pain. So the fact that you enjoy putting time and effort into building a idea for the video and building jokes and humor around that, is why I’m gonna watch all your videos and stay tuned. I think we all kinda enjoy Schlatt when he's just being himself. I really wish people would stop holding these strict expectations over creators and streamers, similar to stuff I've seen in places like the TF2 community, where youtubers get trapped in this TF2 bubble and when they try to change up their content they get punished for it. I'm not always able to tune into streams, but when I was able to, popping in and just watching Schlatt read chat and interact with his audience really mellowed me out and helped me relax. But regardless, whatever the big guy does, I hope people support it. Except kicking puppies. Don't do that.

Hinestly, for me it's more of the content creator that I come for, I don't care what they are playing/doing unless it's illegal, but as long as they are enjoying themselves and having a good time they are fine to do what they are doing, and I'll probably watch it regardless of what it is, like Jacksfilms posting a fortnite funnies video, I personally don't like fortnite, but I like John, so I watched the video and still enjoyed it

I like your perspective on this, because a lot of people don't really know what platform to start and gain ground on. Both sites have their merits, but I do agree that Twitch can be super stressful when it comes to the entertainment and moderation aspect. At least with KZbin you can record what you want and make it the way you want with fewer viewer hurdles in the process. Keep up the good work man, looking forward to whatever you put out :)

I really don't like a lot of the jokes I made on the video which is my most popular, meanwhile a series I love making and put a lot of passion into gets basically no views.

The people who do watch my stream at it's peak want me to do the things I don't enjoy as much; when I do what I want to, they complain and my viewership drops to a tenth of what it was, and if I do what they want, they complain about it not being exciting enough and click off. Following your passions is much more sustainable on KZbin than it is on Twitch, and I hope you guys fit your best molds and find rampant success when the Algorithm decides it's your turn.

@@DaSheepKiller I feel like the Algorithm intentionally shoots out the most generic, 'level 1' content to the most people and isn't as well-designed to recommend passion projects to users who would enjoy it. The only time I can see actual effortful videos in my homepage is with major channels like Corridor Digital, who have made enough bank and upload enough videos to flood the Recommended tabs and completely outcast anyone that isn't their level. That's what pisses me off the most, I guess-- KZbin has become shareholder-friendly rather than endorse it's smaller-scale creators, and major television shows, movie studios, seven-figure income KZbinrs, luck-of-the-draw entrepreneurs, and news conglomerates are taking up even more space that could be reserved for people who want to "Broadcast Yourself", a tagline that has deteriorated for years and snowballed into a complete joke. Alternatives aren't viable, so it's on KZbin's administration to make a change, of which the chances of that are rare if at all existent.
