There's One Thing I Know, and it's that Dream SMP related Googlers are weird AF. I don't think Schlatt realizes just how important he is. When he says shit like, "When was the last time I brought comfort to anyone?" it makes me have to laugh, because that was like, a day ago for me man. I understand that the human nature nowadays is to assume that you're not important, or that others don't need you, so this is why I say this. You used the United States as an example of a bad democracy, however the USA is a constitutional republic not a democracy. The reason that the USA has become so divided is due to the people’s perception that a democracy is good. Democracy by itself is a bad thing, but when the Republican philosophy is added to it, it results in an efficient government that is for the people. Unfortunately due to the modern belief that democracy is what made the USA good, an increased desire for democratization of the government is leading the country to destroy itself.

I appreciate how humble Schlatt is to be surprised at being considered a comfort creator, but real talk - back in the spring this year, I got real sick. I was afraid I had COVID-19, and I felt like genuine shit, but that week I spent waiting for my test results was way more manageable due to his videos. Prior to that, I’d only ever watched the Minecraft challenges with Wilbur Soot, but I gained a real appreciation for his content and his personality during that time.
